left with a sour experience after buying a bew car for my daughter. brennan champagne started going thru the forms to finish the deal then the extended warranties. oh boy he proceeded and asked him are all these 3 different warranties an extra charge and he said yes so i politely said no. then he stopped looked at me with the stunk eye & proceeded to tell me if he had not explained them properly. i said lets continue please & smiled when he asked if this was funny!! i said i didnt have to continue the sale & bluntly said i better shut up & not say another word. my daughter said lets just continue so i backed down to pay & leave. Clay the salesman came over & i told him how i was treated by Brennan & did nit belive me & said he did not belive me!! so i prceeded outside to take possession of the car & left.i will say that Clay told me this Mazda dlrship does not raise their prices by thousands & then discount them with potential buyers. i adked him if there was wiggle room & he said they only ha d a $900. gsp thats it so dint expect to want to reduce the car by thousands maybe $200. he might do..after the test drive he came in with a price so asked me for what i would accept & i asked for $1000. less went to his mgr & they accepted.funny they all play games but the car lives the car but buyer beware do your homwork & hope for the best.

I purchased a pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica from this
I purchased a pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. Bruce the sales rep assured BOTH myself and my husband that the vehicle had been inspected in depth. I had specifically asked about the drivetrain and was told the car was inspected in depth and had no apparent issues. Fast forward 5 days- it’s at the mechanic after it stopped shifting gears, and surprise, it needs a new transmission. The mechanic has confirmed that any inspection would have caught these issues as the transmission fluid is full of metal flakes. The brake fluid looks disgusting as well. Hiley either didn’t inspect the vehicle at all, or they knew about all of these issues and intentionally misrepresented the state of the vehicle. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.
