Hiley mazda of hurst.

Hiley mazda of hurst. Be carful about that dealer they lie about the 160 point inspection. I purchased a Toyota from them with all four defective as they are bent wheels and the defective wiper blade that scratched my windshield that is left me with a huge cost . Apparently they don’t do 160 point inspection and they lie . So don’t trust any liar dealer . They refuse the repair . I am so disappointed and will never come back and never recommend that dealer to anyone .

This is my second car , the first was Mazda cx5 brand new so I decided to purchase a Toyota and went to Hiley Mazda of hurst and purchased the car and the car was vibrating bad so I took back to them and asked them did u do 160 point inspection and said yes but mistakes can happen as they forgot to balance the wheels .so they did and I took the car to Toyota dealer to fix the recall and they did complementary multiple point inspection and stated the wiper blade is metal bent and scratched my whole glass so hiley Mazda of hurst apparently they didn’t even check the wipers that damaged my windshield and finally the car still vibrates so I took it to discount tire to do the check the balance and redo it again and they stated the tire wheels have a bent and damage . I took it back to dealer they refused to replace the damaged wheel and the damaged windshiled. I will never come back again to them and I don’t recommend this dealer to any one .
