Avoid Dick Smith Nissan!

Avoid Dick Smith Nissan! We purchased a new 2024 Nissan Rogue! On the day I purchased the SUV, while leaving the showroom touch screen went out! Dick Smith and Nissan says they won’t fix the SUV until they get directions from Nissan Engineering. We have been dealing with this for 3 months. The screen has gone out 22 times. Back up cameras, radio controls, GPS, Car Play, and sensors stop working. This is a safety issue and the dealer and MFG doesn’t care. We are going to need to go through the Lemon Law to get the car replaced. The owner of Dick Smith won’t even respond to our request for help. Avoid Dick Smith Nissan.

My car was had a tension pully and a serpentine belt

My car was had a tension pully and a serpentine belt replaced that popped the next morning. Once the car was back at niss of xx. Andrews, they said that I needed an ac compressor. They should known this in the beginning but they did not check the systems associated with the belt at all. When I called them on it, they lied saying one thing had nothing to do with the other. DWAYNE BROWN WAS AWFUL, CONDESENDING and a NONLISTENER. I am very disappointed and hurt because they said charged me 889 for the first job and 2500 for the second job. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!! I'd like my money back.

I made a big mistake trusting this shop/never agai

I took my 2008 Nissan Altima to Dick Smith Nissan on 3670 Fernandina Road Columbia s.c.29210 for an oil change and was literally lied to by the maintenance shop. After waiting for an hour the female rep came to to waiting room and said she needs to go over some things with me. She in me of a number of things pertaining to my automobile. She said my air filter was dirty and said I needed another battery. So I ask could I go and look at those parts. When I saw my air filter it looked very clean and the male mechanic agreed when just myself and him was talking. So during the he agreed with me the female rep had left briefly. So when she returns I said to her my air filter looks clean, she disagreed with me and the mechanic that had agreed with me earlier changed and agreed with the female rep. I said to her pertaining to my battery, why? Do I need to purchase a new battery. Then female rep changed her statement saying it's corrosion around the positive post. So I said you are saying if there is corrosion around the post your battery is not good (need replacing?) That's when she female rep was caught in a lie. She also told me to get out of her office after she couldn't sell her deliberate lie. She called to other guys that looks like they work there to force me from the building. But I was just explaining to her about lying to people it was or could have gotten out of hand. All because of a deliberate lie female rep told. What I saw and experience at that moment female rep was very unprofessional and if someone or somebody in the organization don't geta firm hand on this kind of conduct dealing with the public (it is not a good look. I am 68 yr old man retired this was the I was getting my oil change no more no more Nissan my family and friends was told about this terrible incident. That place doesn't deserve a star period from being liars.

No professonalism

The Salesperson I talked with was not professional at all. Very condescending. Was treated as if I couldn't afford a new car due to their HIGH prices. A big waste of my time.

In love with my third Nissan from Dick Smith!

2017 Nissan

Well this was my first time buying a car and I must say this experience was a good one. Mike provided me with a perfect time to come in and look at the cars that caught my eye. Mac and Bill were just amazing anybody who comes to this dealership to I highly suggest you allow Mac to sell you a car. Mac was calm and helped me understand how the process of buying a car works.

Great customer service- I had no transportation to pick up my car after my car was serviced, and they were nice enough to send someone to my home to pick me up, so I could retrieve my car. Thanks, for providing this courtesy to your customers! I really appreciate you all going over and beyond, to provide your customers with great service!

Terrible experiences with sales and service depts!

Had transmission replaced twice already The third one is failing and they will not honor warranty until it flat out quits....putting lives in danger is apparently not a concern. They try to sell me filters, batteries, and any thing else they can profit on but ignore the dangers associated with a failing transmission. Nissan is well aware of the problems with these transmissions but they act as though they are hearing about it for the first time every time you tell them.
