5 Stars for service 0 Stars for sales. The wipers on my new 3500 Ram recently quit and fortunately I was only 5 miles from the dealership. I pulled in, explained the situation to Les and that I had jobs pending that I couldn’t do without my truck. Within minutes he had my truck in and discovered a bad wiper motor that they didn’t have in stock. He immediately started working on finding one and had it rushed in. The next morning I was up and running within a few hours. Les’ knowledge, professionalism and communication were absolutely top notch during the entire process. The cashiers office was also very efficient and pleasant. Now for the UGLY part! In the past 5 years I’ve purchased 3 kias,2 Jeeps and a Ram 3500 Every time I have gone to my local dealerships (JT’s) and every time left after an hour or two with no vehicle and completely aggravated. It’s obvious they are more interested in maximizing profits on every sale than they are on volume sales and building relationships. Every time someone asks about our kias or my trucks (I also bought a Chevy 2500 LT two years ago) I tell them not to waste their time shopping locally and happily make referrals. Since JT’s has bought out the only completion in the market (Galeana and Dodgeland) I imagine the situation may be worse. Currently looking to add a another 3500 dually with a Cummins to our fleet. I spent about 5 minutes talking to a JT’s salesman before realizing I was wasting my time. When I described the truck I was looking for he proceeded to tell me how scarce they were and therefore there weren’t much in terms of discounts or rebates. I told him I found more than 30 within 250 miles with big discounts and showed him a few on my phone before walking away. NOTE: At the end of this survey you ask how much service impacts sales and I have always preached that great service is critical to sales and particularly future sales but in this case I’ve said it doesn’t matter because this great service experience just can’t overcome many bad sales experiences or the sales culture. Just keep spending millions on advertising and hit a home run on every deal you can get. (Gladiator purchased from Galeana, Wrangler, 3 kia, and Ram all purchased out of town.

Great sales staff from top to bottom.
Great sales staff from top to bottom. Very friendly, but professional. Salesman that took care of me was very accommodating while going through the contractual steps. Management was easy going explaining various options between financing and leasing. Finance manager also very easy to work with. I've purchased a lot of vehicles and jt's dealership one of the best.

Jts Is the absolute worst dealership I have ever delt
Jts Is the absolute worst dealership I have ever delt with. I bought a Ram 2500 2018 purchased the extended insurance coverage through Fidelity. Considering it's not some cheap asss car. Well,, after 6 years I still have less the 65,000 miles on my truck. I take it in for breaks and they say.. well you need this and that... it should be covered. Okay... get then the truck back Fidelity comes said it will be covered. Then I get a call.. 2 days later... saying Fidelity won't cover such.. n such... so.. my husband calls Fidelity. Guess what... they won't cover it because they shouldn't have to. JTS SHOULDN'T HAVE TOOK MY xxxx OUT!!! SO.. they tried to get us to pay for something they knew they shouldn't have done in the first place. Listen... I'm pisssed and there's alot more that has happened so... if you need more info. Drop your info. End of the day these MF-ers are out to take you're money. If it wasn't for my husband calling Fidelity himself they would've got paid $10,000 or more from us Who is that money going too!!! xxxx JT!!!

Military stay away!
Military stay away! This dealership put me in a bad position for their own benefit! They do not communicate with each other and the vehicle you are dealing on will and can be sold out from underneath your deal. I would not trust this place. There are other Ram/Dodge dealerships you can go to.

I had an an oil change appointment at 12:45.
I had an an oil change appointment at 12:45. I arrive 15 mins early to my appointment. This dealership service department have a lane designated for “Quick Oil Change” . I’m very unhappy for the long wait time. Is 2:38 pm and I’m still waiting for an oil change. Just absolutely trash. If I can give the service department zero stars I would. Please get your oil change somewhere else. This place SUCKS!

They responded right away after my first review to apologize for my bad experience and to call the management team to resolve my issues and concerns. I call the team and spoke to a sales person that morning who said the management team was busy and would call me right back. It was 5pm and never heard from them so I decided to call back, since no one called me back when I did I spoke to one of the managers a sales manager that’s who he said he was. Once I explained why I was calling he immediately told me there’s nothing he could do about it since it was a used truck. But the whole time I was buying it and negotiating my deal on a $76.000 truck. It was new truck I was buying I kept hearing. Even when I signed the paperwork there was a no damage to the truck form. Once poor customer Service I love my truck but will never buy another vehicle there. I work for a company were I buy the vehicles for our fleet management team. I have to buy 26 brand new trucks this year and was thinking of using this dealership for the purchases. But after this no way will subject my company to this. The staff will treat you right until you sign the deal and leave.

I did reach back out again and your Sales Manager said there’s nothing we can do. I’ve called twice and every time I called. It’s like they don’t care and quickly to say nothing we can do you but a use truck. Like I said before when we were negotiating a 76000 truck never heard mentioned you buying a used truck. I understood I was buying a new used truck but never realized I was buying a new used damaged truck. But not to offer me anything after what you say is a miscommunication on the dealership part. But once again the customer is not important after the sale. You guys have my number I will no longer waiste my time answering these emails because all I will get when I call is there’s nothing we can do you bought a used truck. I will take matters to BBB and my lawyers.
