Amazing experience.
Amazing experience. Lalo and team went way out of their way to make buying a new car from Jim Hudson Lexus worth every penny. The attention to the entire process, including getting the right service plan, was much appreciated. Getting with tech folks soon to find out about all the features is a real bonus.. I could go on about service but just saying that it was a home run is enough. WOW!!

My service advisor, Melvin, was absolutely superb. He clearly laid out the required and optional work my vehicle needed. He kept me informed about the status of the work. Further, the dealership facility was spotless and very comfortable. This was my first experience with this dealership as we just moved from Charleston SC and we will use them again when next we need maintenance. Thank you very much for the excellent experience.
