The crew at Michael’s did a great job with the buying process from 1,200 miles away. Very prompt, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately we were never able to meet face to face, however I don’t feel that ever impacted the buyer seller relationship.

Sorry for the bad review my mother had wrote. Yes the car has had issues but michaels was on point with trying to figure out the problem I had with the car. they kept me informed all the way and also went out the way to fix it. Michaels say they offer great services they really do and I recommend them to anyone!

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Purchased a car from this place almost a year ago and it has been in the shop more than the car has been driven. Never ever will I buy a car or recommend anyone to buy a car.

I bought the 2018 Lexus NX300. I ran over 10 dealerships near NY NJ and was mad about fake online prices and sales tricks. This place is the best. No hidden fees. No mandatory warranty. No baited finance discount. The car is in excellent condition (except missing one floor mat). Fair price (a little bit below KBB price). The manager and staffs were kind and honest. The whole process is direct, transparent, and happy.

Staff was direct, honest and credible. They were willing to match the price I received for the sale of my current vehicle from one of the enterprises that does outright purchase, and whose purchase offer was 50% higher than another dealer offered for a trade. They made every effort to make the entire process as simple and transparent as possible. Most of all, I shopped my entire region (500 mile radius) for the car I was looking for, and they had the best inventory. Highly recommend dealing with the folks at Michael's Motorcars.

I was searching for a used Jeep Wrangler for my son's first car. I located a 2002 TJ at Michael's and clicked on the "more info" tab. I received a prompt call from Joe and we discussed what I was looking for. He was very thorough with the vehicle's history and then sent me an email with high resolution photos of every detail including the undercarriage and inside of the doors. For a 2002, the interior was in fantastic condition and the exterior was pretty good for a 20 year old vehicle. They had obviously done a nice and thorough detail job on it. The asking price was right in line with other similar Jeeps that we looked at, so after a test drive where we checked out all the functions, we now have another Jeep parked out front. I have a very excited teenager who's 17th birthday next month will probably consist of cruising the beach roads with the top down!

Chris and Joe are excellent dealers who help you find what you need and play it straight-no need to worry about high-pressure salesman. Good selection of cars, they're not the type of place that'll limit you to 00s Oldsmobiles or squeeze lemons.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle go see Joe!!! He is the best!!!! Every person i came in contact with at Michael's Motorcars was nice and very professional. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back for my next purchase!

I visited Michael’s Motorcars looking to trade in my vehicle for one of theirs. I have been to a few dealerships but no one treated me as well as these guys did. They wanted to make a deal where everyone was happy and they did just that. Throughout the process I met a handful of the employees and everyone was great. Would definitely purchase here again.
