The whole experience was great.

The whole experience was great. The people were very personable and professional. We were so impressed with the entire experience, we ended driving out with a 2025 MDX and a 2025 Integra. Thank you Auto Nation North Orlando for giving us a great experience process.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a ZDX from AutoNation Acura North Orlando and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Jordan, who not only greeted me but also ensured I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. After speaking with Jordan, he introduced me to Mike, the Manager, who made the entire transaction seamless. What truly stood out was my experience with my sales agent, Gian. His extensive knowledge with my new ZDX and outstanding customer service skills exceeded my expectations. After a previous disappointing experience at Fountain Acura dealership, I shared my concerns with Mike, and he assured me that they would make it right—and they certainly did. Gian’s professionalism and attention to detail restored my faith. Additionally, Thomas from the finance department made the final stages of the process quick and efficient, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. I highly recommend Gian and his TEAM for their Top-notch service. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and I look forward to returning in the future. Service was good.

Service was good. Service tech discovered two loose screws in my oil pan. Oil pan was installed somewhere else. So, I will bring it to their attention. I wine in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. I waited a little longer than I wanted to. Other than that, service was good.

We just purchased our second Accura RDX from this

We just purchased our second Accura RDX from this dealership and again it was a pleasure to work with Saed. He is always helpful, polite and very knowledgeable with the transaction from the initial phone call to us driving out the lot. Service with our '21 RDX was always top notch too. We would not hesitate in returning to this dealer to buy our next RDX .
