Don’t buy from this dealer, the prices changed wherever price is on the car they changed. Example I try to buy a car for 7500 I try to put 2000 Dow payment and still I have to pay 7500 plus taxes.

Dealer was very helpful. We have not yet bought our car, but Tony was very kind and let us know that the car we arrived to see was gone and would be back the following day. They are trustworthy and I would recommend working with them.

They are thieves, they charge you more and then they don't want to assist you after having cheated on you, don't buy from that place

Read these reviews. Do not trust this dealership. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1995 over any advertised price. They're rude, they lied and frankly I do not know how they stay in business.

unfortunately I have to be reviewing all the bad reviews I decided not to purchase a Chevrolet Impala from Hamilton Ave. I dont want to waste my time traveling and money on a over price lemon.

If you really want to buy a good car. Don’t come to this place. It’s really sketchy and unless you file a formal complaint, they won’t do anything to help you after you bought the car. Not even with the “30 day warranty” they offer. Be ready to pay at least $3k more than the price advertised. If you live nearby, good for you but if you don’t. Don’t expect the car to be given to you the same day you pay. They’re going to make you wait HOURS to finally tell you to come back tomorrow. I bought a 2012 Chevy Captiva. Car was a nightmare. It didn’t have gas and it wasn’t even clean. It was pretty cheap. About $3k and something advertised and when it came to pay for it, it came around $6k and change. It had the engine light on. They promised to fix it but the day they finally gave it to us, after driving from Brooklyn to Queens, engine light came on again. They promised to fix it and asked us to take it for a quick fix (because supposedly it was only something small). They took 2 hours and when they gave it back, the same old story. Engine light came back on after driving for like 20 mins back home. I took it to several trusted mechanics and they all said it was a bad car and to return it. We asked them if that could be possible or maybe if they could fix the engine. Well, they clearly said “That’s not under your warranty, ma’am”. I was pissed. We filed a complaint and found out they did something wrong with inspection. The DMV gave them the opportunity to fix it, we took it back and after two weeks, they returned it. By the way, they demanded to tell them what was wrong and if it was only one thing to fix. I’m not a mechanic but they still wanted to know as if they didn’t know. After the two weeks passed and we got it back, everything seemed fine for the first 2 days. Then again, ENGINE LIGHT ON!. It was too much. The DMV contacted us and visited to check the car by themselves. They gave them a warning asked them to give us our money back. If it wasn’t for the DMV, we would’ve been lost and would’ve spent a lot of money. During this whole process we only talked to two people. Mr. Perera and Jimmy (head mechanic). Manager was OUT OF REACH!. They’re so UNPROFESSIONAL.

Advertise one price . But, when you show up , the price changes . Wanted to buy a minivan . Saw online advertised for, $5,995 . I call , and confirm they have it . I show up . And the price goes to $7,995 . They switch and bait for people to show up with false advertising . I am lucky that I live in the area and didn’t waste time traveling like other victims .
