after calling this place 24hrs in advance and the day of I was told both times the car was there after a 2hr public transportation ride from mt vernon ny to Brooklyn when I arrived I was told they never had the car and they tried to sell me something that looked like it was destroyed in the hurricane I would never waste my time with this place again they will do anything to get you to come there

Dear Dave, I am not disputing what you are saying but we will never advertize a car that we dont have and we will never tell a customer that a vehicle is here when it is not. We are the only dealership that I know that updates its inventory daily. Any vehicle we advertize is here and available. The other concern that I have is that the vehicle you saw in our lot "looked like it was destroyed in the hurricane " . All our vehicles are very clean in and out with very minor tear and wear. Cannot make deposit or buy on line?
Yesterday I tried to buy a car online or at least put a deposit so I could be sure it was there if I drove several hours. The salesman said they don't do that. Seems strange. Myself I've purchased six cars in recent years online. But the business has a right to its own policy. The inventory and pricing looks very good so maybe I can update this review after visiting in person.

Unfortunately we do not take online or phone deposits because of so many fraud alerts issued by the NYC DCA. We used to but not any more. We do require proper state issue id for any deposits or payments for ours and our customers protection.
Terrible! and Fake!!
Terrible! I went to buy a car I saw online for a great price...But when I go everything has prices of over $1,000 more then the promotion online...will not recommend to anyone.

Dear John, Most probably you never read the whole internet ad. It was clearly explained that the promotional price was after a down payment and it was a finance promotion we had from one of our lenders. That promotion ended back in August. If you check our inventory again you will see that our prices are very competitive and much cheaper that most of the deals you can find online.

I read the reviews below and I was hesitant at first but they had the car I wanted. Called and spoke with Mario and let him know about the concerns I had with the previous reviews. He was up front about everything and they used to have a bad sales rep that they got rid of. Glad I called and Mario (partner) was able to set me up with one of his sales guys and got the car I wanted and the best price around! Will def refer these guys!

Disappointed by the fine print I could not find.
I went to the dealership, ready to by the car as a cash purchase, based on the price the website showed. Although the sales rep there was courteous and the car was what I expected, I was told that the price would be over 50% higher. He explained that they only posted the amount you would finance and that there was and additional cash down payment which he said was shown on the website, however I found no reference to it there. Overall, I have found other dealers I visited from cars.com to be straight forward, however this experience left a bad taste.

SAVED A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY
It took me for ever to get there with that BQE traffic but at the end of the day it was worth it. Larry helped me and Ray made it happen. Thank you . I needed a car right away and I got what I wanted.

Very Disappointed in Service
Very Bad experience. I indicated l wanted to purchase car. Wanted to visit dealer to see car and purchase. They came back a day later and said they sold wholesale! Since when does a dealer give up a RETAIL SALE!!
