Great experience

I had a great experience with Jerry and Eric. They got me into my vehicle fast and were friendly and professional the whole time. My chosen vehicle was sold in different store, but Jerry found even better one for me and help me all the way. Eric got me financing with Mercedes with great terms. Thank you all at this store.

Thank you for your continue service

Larry and I have been with Mercedes Benz of Orlando since 2006. Marcus has always given us the most professsional and courteous service on all our Mercedes thourghout the years. We continue to purchase through the Orlando dealership because of his great service. Oh and I love my new convertible.

Brake Service

I went in to get tire pressure adjusted-- I knew I had to get brakes replaced at next service- but I didn't expect my parking brake warning light to come on. It was Sat AM and I didn't have an appt but the Service manager told me he'd get it looked at anyway. My regular service tech was off, and Frank took care of everything and had the car ready when he said it would be.

This place is a joke

******Stay away from this dealership****** My wife and I have been buying his and her cars every for to five years for the last 30 years we have been together. Mercedes-Benz of Orlando is hands down the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. Their employees do no list to their customers. Reza Kharazi There is so much to say about this salesman. He doesn't care what care you are looking for (Auto Nation). He only pushes cars that are on their lot. If you want a car from another location. He will stall and play stupid. So when the car you want gets sold out from underneath you. He will bring up again the cars on his lot. My wife and I went to the dealership the last weekend of July. I wanted a Ford Mustang convertible. I found one that was in Miami. We started doing the finance paperwork and he said that we will get with his manager to get it delivered. The next day he tells me it hasn't been setup for shipping yet because, they still need to verify the financing. I said you told me I was approved for the car so, why hasn't the car setup for delivery? This is when he started to play stupid and began to say that the paperwork we did was just to get my information in their system. Then another days goes by and he calls me and says the car was sold. Then be brings up cars on his lot. This happen 3 times with me until I was able to get a Dodge Challenger delivered. The same situation happened with my wife 5 different times over 4 week period. We finally got a car but that was only because I went to one of the managers named Ian. He truly helped.

Emergency tire change

I noticed that my tires were not safe anymore, went to dealership and Alberto went to the extra mile that I got 4 new tires within 4 hours with alignment and car wash. Excellent service, thank you very much.
