Warning: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Low-Class Ethics!! Purchased an NSX here for nearly $120k. After a three-hour drive home, I realized the car wouldn?t lock and both door handles were broken and sticking out ? something I didn?t catch at the dealership because the car was handed to me already unlocked. I contacted the salesman, Morris Spassov, immediately, who said he?d let the manager, Edmond Grigoryan, know and get back to me the next day. Two weeks of silence. I had to follow up myself, only to be told: ?It was sold as-is.? Let that sink in: No follow-up. No courtesy call. No accountability. And they had already made over $12,000 on my trade-in. This isn?t about money ? it?s about basic decency. Refusing to fix a few-hundred-dollar issue after a six-figure sale is unprofessional, unethical, and short-sighted. If you?re considering buying a car here, be careful. The moment they get your money, you?re on your own. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Cons: – No integrity – No post-sale support – Avoid responsibility – “As-is” excuse even after immediate contact Review: Purchased an Acura NSX for almost $120,000. Drove it off the lot and realized after a 2-hour drive that the car wouldn’t lock and the door handles were sticking out and broken — something I didn’t notice since the vehicle was handed to me already unlocked. I contacted the salesperson immediately. He said he would speak to the manager and get back to me. Never did. Two weeks later, when I followed up, I was told: “It was sold as-is.” This is not how you treat customers — especially after making over $12K on my trade-in and refusing to fix a small issue on a six-figure purchase. They delivered my brand new car with several defects.

They delivered my brand new car with several defects. This is the first time I have ever gotten a brand new car with defects. This is also the first time I have ever bought from this dealership and it has been a nightmare. Still waiting on Brian Alburtus to resolve the issues.

I always feel that my business is valued when I walk into the finance director’s office. Victor exhibits extreme professionalism and is definitely an asset to the company. He’s very knowledgeable and explains the importance of purchasing a warranty by giving examples in a manner I can understand. My salesperson, Claudia, has a personable and friendly attitude in the workplace.
