We, wife and I decided we wanted a convertible vehicle. We had a C- class before so we went to MB of Orlando. We were greeted by a young man by the name of Mr J. Haines. Asked us how he could assist us and we explained what we were looking for. He showed us a few vehicles in the range we mentioned. Mr Haines was not pushy or tried to get us out of our comfort zone. We felt comfortable and at ease because of the way he treated us. Very good communication with us and salesman. We are very happy with our new ( used ) car and with the dealership. Mr Ramie ( finance) was also very pleasant to work with.

Long story short bought a CPO Mercedes, started having issues with leather the week I bought it, it wasn?t until I did a review of purchase I got a call back to fix, took it in to fix (3 hour round trip and had to wait) they wouldn?t pick up car or deliver (which isn?t my experience in the past with Mercedes), home 2 days and started peeling again, I have left messages and sent pics and no call back to rectify or fix leather. I haven?t made a payment yes and car will have been to service department twice now to repair, frustrated to say the least, you pay extra for a mercedes and buy CPO to avoid these inconveniences and for customer service with has been subpar so far in my experience at this dealership. This is my 5th Mercedes and never had these issues.

The car-buying experience was terrific! Both the salesman, Morris, and the finance gentleman (whose name unfortunately escapes me) were professional, helpful, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. I did have to bring my car back for an issue with one of the rear windows, but the repair was completed in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. My only suggestion for next time would be for the service writer, Peter, to walk me to my car after the repair, review the work that was done, and ask if I had any questions. Also, since my car was scanned when I dropped it off, I would appreciate a follow-up scan when picking it up to confirm that everything checks out. I also want to mention that I appreciated the complimentary car wash?it was a nice touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership for both repairs and purchases.

The dealership experience overall was smooth and well-organized, from test drive to delivery. Everything was handled efficiently, and the car was presented in immaculate condition at pickup.
