The service here is horrible.

The service here is horrible. I brought my truck in for a check engine light. I was told it would be 3 days before they could do the diag, which I was fine with. The next day I get a call saying they hadn’t tested anything but ordered the parts and I could pick it up while we waited for them. I asked that they actually test the part they thought caused it. Two days later I get a call confirming it was bad, but they wanted to do the front breaks and service the differentials. I called around and found a better rate for the work. I talked to Lucas again and told him no, this was before 2 pm, he told me he would have his tech get the truck ready and let me know. I called back at 4 and he was gone for the day, as was the tech. I got there in the morning to pick it up and found it sitting in the lot. I was told the Tech who wouldn’t be there for an hour still had the key so no one knew if it was done. The tech arrived and said it had been ready since before he left. My warranty expired, I will not be going back to their shop.

No personal service

In 2004 I bought a new 300. I have had it serviced there for 19 years. The past few times I have not been treated very well. Chads service people have always been very service oriented until lately. Its time to buy a new car and I was going to shop for a 2023 challenger while I was there today getting my car serviced, however when I went in at 8:30 this am there wasn't a single car in the bay and I pulled right in. They used to meet you in the bay and get your info. Not any more. I went in and had to wait for someone to ask if I needed help. She acted like she wanted to help me until I said I had a service contract. The guy sitting next to her leaned over and told her to tell me it would take ALL DAY. She said I would have to leave it and pick it up tonight. I have had my Tahoe serviced there for the last 10 years because of the way I was always treated well. It feels like there is no such thing as service anymore and the service dept does not HEAR my concerns anymore. Its to bad because I have always told people how great Ken Garff has been to me and I feel like that is just a thing of the past and you might as well talk to them through you computer. No more personal service. I am not sure if I will buy the new Challenger for my wife from Ken Garff or not. It's just to xxxx bad the whole world has gone this way.
