Teresa (sales) and Jeff (manager) were amazing. Never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car and have owned many BMW’s. Keaton was also great to finish out the sale and paperwork. They were a cohesive team and we couldn’t be happier with our new cars and the service we received!

Overall service was great.
Overall service was great. What really stood out was the level of communication I received from Nicole Floegel. She made me aware the service department was backed up and it might take a couple of days to complete the routine service. It was good to know this from a scheduling perspective. When the loaner car I received had a flat tire, I immediately reached out to Nicole to inform her the flat was severe and the car un-drivable. She expedited the repair so as to no inconvenience me based on my work schedule. My only issue is trying to understand how Hendricks books their service. I would have been willing to delay my service to limit the actual time to one day. Figuring this out would also take stress off the loaner car program. I am not sure how long it takes to do the service, but it just seems like it would be smoother with a more efficient scheduling system.
