Unfortunately, there were discrepancies in our contract. Despite our explicit instruction to the finance manager, a service was added to our contract without our consent. We were subsequently informed that a refund check would be processed for this oversight. However, to date, we have not received any refund or clarification. I have previously left a message for the GSM and also reached out to Volkswagen for support in addressing this matter. I am eager to have this matter resolved , but have to use the power of the internet to voice my poor to say least experience.

My 2012 VW GTI WAS STOLEN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP while being serviced. VW Dublin knew the car was missing for 2 days (apparently they were looking for the car on their lot) before telling me or the police and actually accused me of stealing my own car, by possibly picking it up from the service department with another key and not paying for it 🤬!! When the police came to write the report they also thought the dealership was very suspicious and something was off; a police report was filed and under further investigation. Omar, the GM told me that they felt bad and would "make me whole" with the purchase of another car. They provided us with loaner during the time insurance was processing the claim. After the claim was processed I returned to the dealership to be "made whole" on a used car they had on the lot and proceeded to see my STOLEN CAR on their lot! Since the car was "stolen", the police towed the salvage title car and it was sold at auction. This was a rare GTI and was a family car from my sister...very sad and disappointing on every level. I would not recommend this dealer for anything and BEWARE!! This dealership lied and harassed me, and stole/lost my car!!!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here. I was adamant about buying a car there and was prequalified already. I spoke to the sales rep Emily who said she will make sure that everything is processed quickly and the following day. This was on a Tuesday and I called back Wednesday because I didn’t hear from her and then found out she’s out till Friday. So then I got transferred to another sales rep and told them that I’m already prequalified and would like to come test drive the car. They ignored everything I said and then ran my credit through their own financing which gave me a hard inquiry on my credit report and then never got back to me again and then I had to follow up again Thursday afternoon and make it clear that I’m pre approved already. They said they will call me back but never did. Friday came around. I called again and finally got transferred to the finance manager. He called the bank and called me back and said I’m approved, at this point the bank also ran my credit and put another hard inquiry on my credit report. He said I’m approved. I said I’m ready to move forward and he said he will get back to me. By this time it was Saturday. He said he would call the bank and get right back to me but never did. I reached out to him on Sunday and then he told me the car has been sold. So I went through this whole process only for everything to be delayed, when I was already approved. Also received two new hard inquiries on my credit report and never even received the car. Such xxxxty service. Nobody was on top of anything. For some reason they wouldn’t take my approval. They only wanted to finance through their own bank and because of this they put another hard inquiry on my credit report that I never agreed to. I definitely wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Leased a car at this place. Made a mistake giving a check from my inactive account. As soon as I found out my mistake called and spoke to the finance guy, Demitri. He promised to cancel the check and charged my credit card instead. The check wasn't canceled and my credit card was charged. it has been two months and no one cares to refund my money. The GM and rest of his staff are incompetent and lack basic customer service. Go somewhere else. Do not trust your finances with this or in general VW Financing. They cheated on emission and now cheating customers with their money. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

They are a bunch of things. Liars of the first order . Please stay away from this dealership. You cannot believe anything they say or do

Extremely incompetent employees! Living xxxx and throwing eachother under the bus. That sales person Paiman, same thing. Take that 5 star back, 1 star from us. Bunch of crooks!!! We go there for a lower payment we left with a same payment vehicle. The vehicle is amazing but the salespeople and finance people are crooks. We left few days earlier with a 39 month lease a d a good payment. Calls us back and tells us we needed to change terms and payment this was all after an a contract was signed. Better business Bureau will be notified regarding this situation. Buyer beware! Paiman, promised a great deal and acted like he was the victim from the other sales people and management when all along he was that conniving sneaky salesperson that you would try to avoid. Telling us his stories of being honest and to the point. Crooks, major crooks. I'd look elsewhere if you're interested in a Volkswagen. Dublin volkswagen is total incompetent!

This is the worst dealership i have ever been to. Once you buy the car they forget all about you. We bought a car in November and we have yet to receive our plates and it is now February. They will also give you a hard time over the due bill. They where suppose to give us an extra key and the navigation SD card. It took me 2months to get the SD card unfortunatley it took alot of my personal time. We are still missing the extra key and more importantly the plates. What makes things worst everytime i call i only got to talk to the receptionist. No manager seemed to be available. Forcing me to leave voicemail after voicemail that no one ever responded to. Needless to say if i had the option of giving them zero stars i would have given them that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, WORST EVER!!!! My fight still continues. 13 Feb 2018. I have been taking my teenage daughter shopping to look for her first car. Since we have no particular vehicle in mind, we have visited many dealerships. Larry at Dublin VW has been by far the most knowledgeable and friendly sales representative we have met. He took a great deal of time to explain the features of the vehicles we looked at in great detail, and he was very friendly. We have visited the dealership a few times, and when Larry was busy assisting other customers, we were quickly helped by other sales representatives who were all very helpful and friendly as well.
