Fast!

I dropped my car off for overnight service, they were done in an hour. I was floored. Tim was my service person., unfortunately he is not listed under service.

Honda deleting service excellence

I miss the beverages, massages, nail service that has been suspended due tocovid. As a medical professional I don't understand how these services impact a covid risk. Using masks, hand washing and social distancing can still be done while enjoying these services while we wait for auto service.

CR-V issues ended in great customer service.

Great customer service!!! My service tech kept me up to date with what was happening with my car issues and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Honda Pilot

This is the best Honda service dept. in the area IMO. I have a high mileage, newer Pilot and they are always very thorough and helpful and only recommend things you need.
