Made an appointment for service which I had to reschedule twice. They were awesome about accommodating me. I have gotten my last 3 cars with this dealership because they are the best. Calvin Ng was the man and got me taken care of efficiently. He seemed to enjoy his job and really made the service experience fantastic. Also shout out to my man Thomas Ross for putting me in the new passport.

Felt like many employees could have been more cognizant of customers waiting throughout the showroom by avoiding them as much as possible when walking through and not all were wearing face masks as they walked around. My service manager was very good about wearing mask.

Honda Service and Accessories Visit
Honda got us into the schedule the same day I called. Our advisor Daniel communicated with us throughout the process. Daniel collaborated with the accessories manager, so that we didn't have to make two separate visits - one for accessory repair and one for service. Daniel diligently tested our vehicle for service and provided a careful evaluation. Daniel gets five stars for being friendly, courteous, efficient, and communicating with us in top notch fashion via text and call. The reason I did not give five stars overall was because, during the call to make my appointment, the representative could not schedule me for both the accessories manager and the service department at the same time. Rather, she made my service appointment and then I had to contact the accessories manager to try to coordinate her seeing the vehicle at the same time. This coordination should have happened within the doors of Honda without my assistance.

Eldwin was FANTASTIC!!!!
I truly appreciated how Eldwin made me feel welcome and not only understood what I needed but helped me get it done very fast. I have had 3 surgeries in the past 5 months and he took great care and got my vehicle taken care of quickly so I didn't have to wait long! I thank him for his AMAZING customer service! :)

I was there for service on my 2013 CR-V. Calvin was my service representative. Calvin did a super job, from beginning to end, and was extremely helpful. The entire visit, from getting out of my car, working with Calvin, paying, and returning to my car was good, and without issue.
