Best car buying experience, ever!!

We were just "looking" and with with Brent's help, we found and purchased the BEST van for our family and with a great deal!!! Smoothest experience by far. We challenged Brent to get us out quick, and he did it!! Got us great $$ for our trade as well!!!!

Great and Easy Transaction with Brain at Honda Auto Park

We have been to Capital and didn't get the service and when I found out about Auto Park near my house didn't waste any time and made appointment with Brian Fabricatore. He gave us the best customer service and easy transaction to deal with. I must say we are overall impressed with Honda Auto Park and the way Brian handled the trade in was AWESOME A+++++++++++. I would definitely and highly recommend Brian and he has good knowledge and was honest if he didn't know any particular feature....but he found out and got back to us in jiffy. But overall a wonderful experience and awesome and wonderful deal overall. VERY SMOOTH TRANSACTION A++++++ Thankyou Brain and Good Luck will sure recommend you in future to all our friends. Great experience

Can never go wrong with a Honda & with great dealership experience, its just adds more fun to your new car purchase experience. All I had to do was sign my papers & walk out.. Thanks to Mr.Gary that made my car purchase a fun experience.

2016 Honda Accord

Just purchased a 2016 Honda Accord from the dealership. One of my best car purchase experiences ever thanks in large part to Caleb in sales. I have walked away other dealerships not because of price but because I did not feel like I was being treated as a customer. It's important for the dealership to listen to the customer, their questions, and requests rather that trying to drive and dictate the purchase experience Also the sales manager was not directly involved. In my experience once a sales manager directly injects themselves into the purchase process I am generally ready to walk. This dealership treated me as a customer and offered a very fair price for the car.

Great mechanical And customer service!

I can't say enough about the service and the people that work here. I had a horrible experience at another large Honda dealership in Durham. I have to drive much further to the auto park in Cary but will gladly do it everytime. They get you in when they say they will, their work is top notch and many times they have to correct other dealers mistakes. The people re honest and treat you with respect. Thank you Honda in Cary!

Great service!

Patrick Markey went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find the CRV that I wanted. He took the time to answer all my questions and found the one car that had the style and color that I wanted out of all the cars on the lot. He made me feel that he cared about my wishes and that I wasn't just another number to him. Thanks Patrick.

Simply the best

I bought my last 2 cars at AutoPark Honda without shopping anywhere else, and both times had a great experience. Their service department is also top notch. When I needed to add a car, I decided I should be shopping around instead of relying on one dealer all the time. After visiting a few other dealers I realized I was just wasting my time and went back to AutoPark Honda. Mark Williams took very good care of me and made buying this one as easy and pleasant as buying a car can possibly be!

Exceptional Service!

I have been going to Auto Park Honda for over 14 years and will always bring my Honda cars here! I purchased my last car (back in 2003) and now my new CRV at this dealership and have found both experiences to be fantastic! This most recent purchase we worked with Brent Mikell who we found to be both professional and fun to work with! No silly games and buying my new car was an easy breezy process. I highly recommend working with the folks at this dealership, especially Brent!

Easy ride!

Easiest decision we've ever made! John and Kelvin made our experience a great one! They listened to our can-and-can't-do list, found solutions that were adapted to our situation in a very time-efficient fashion and overall made great impression. It never felt like we were buying a car!

Enjoyable car buying experience

Charlie Bruce is the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. Very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would come back to just chat with him because he was so friendly and talkative. But also a good person. I hate to see him go because I would want to buy my next Honda from him. I had inquired about the best sales person at AutoPark from Lewis Bell before he left and he recommended Charlie. And his recommendation was a good one. Again Charlie is a unique car sales person and one that you will enjoy working with!
