Great experience buying my first car at this dealership. Everyone was very approachable during the entire buying process and Joe Lunich was a great help. He went above and beyond in order to get me the car that I wanted as well as get me the best deal possible. Kudos to him!

Excellent Experience at Leith Nissan

New owner of a 2015 Nissan Leaf SV from Leith Nissan. Could not have been happier with the entire experience. Our salesman Derek Parker was very knowledgeable and very courteous, explaining to us every aspect of the car and the process. The entire staff was nothing but helpful and courteous. Awesome experience

I knew what car I wanted and Gary went above and beyond to make it happen. He spent time with me making sure I understood the options on the car, he let me test drive the car and then located the exact car in the color I was looking for. On the day I signed the papers he was patient and kind and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase and followed up with me the next day and offered to meet with me anytime to answer anymore questions I had.

AutoPark Honda of Cary a great place to buy a car!

This was my first time buying a car all by myself and I so appreciated the way the salesman, Larry Willis, treated me as soon as I walked in. I have always had a family member with me but decided this time I would try it on my own. I was pleasantly surprised at how respectful I was treated and also that he was not pushy at all. Larry was very knowledgeable about the Honda brand. I love my new Honda Civic! I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.

We went into the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. Brent got us into the exact car p, showed us with great detail all the features we wanted it see and sold us our car in a quick professional deal! Great experience, easy and smooth process!

After having some bad time trying to trade my Corolla at Toyota of Apex, we decided to stop by this Honda dealership; Brent Mikell understood our time limitations the first day as he offered us to come back to accommodate our schedule better. He was there to listen to our needs and helping us to make the right choice. He spent long time showing us different options and then he was very professional during the price negotiation we left this place not just very happy with the purchase but relieved with a very smooth and quick process. Brent also wants to make sure you learn all the new features of the vehicle, and even helped me setting up the bluetooth system for the phone. We highly recommend Honda- Autopark and Brent in the sales department.

Great customer experience

I worked with Charlie Bruce at Autopark Honda to purchase a new Honda Odyssey. This was my first Honda purchase, and the best car purchase experience that I've ever had (and I've owned a Lexus in the past). I emailed Charlie to let him know what I was interested in looking at. He had the perfect vehicle cleaned and moved to a parking spot beside the showroom prior to my arrival. After the test drive, they appraised my old car and we worked out a deal more quickly than I would have ever expected. This is a very large Honda dealership. There was a lot of activity going on while I was there, but it was very quiet and not chaotic at all. We worked in a relatively private space while we were working out the details. As part of my deal, they are installing a roof rack. I've already been contacted and have scheduled the appointment. I haven't experienced the service department yet, but it appears that the experience will be vastly better than my past dealings with other automakers' dealerships. They offer free lifetime oil changes, free lifetime loaner cars if your appointment will take longer than 2 hours, and other free services while you wait. I'm very impressed with this dealership and will definitely be back for other purchases in the future. Their attention to the experience of the car purchase process has won them a new customer for life (as long as they maintain this high bar going forward).

I am very satisfied with my car buying experience, I had done research and knew what I wanted. Don Hillenbrand made everything easy from the test drive to the delivery. I was happy with the price and the way the paperwork went smoothly. I would recommend Don to my family and friends.
