Got a great deal on a 2013 maxima with only 10k miles on it. Kevin Murphy was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the sales transaction as easy as it could be. He was not pushy at all, and he made sure we got the right vehicle for our family of 3. I highly recommend this place!

Great dealership and staff!
Can't say enough good things about this dealership and it's staff! Everyone that i have come in contact with has been so friendly and polite. I have purchased 4 vehicles , leased 1 and sent my son-in-law to the dealership and he has purchased 2 vehicles himself. Never had a problem with sales, finance or service dept. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle , then give these guys a chance. Don't think you will be disappointed. GREAT DEALERSHIP AND STAFF!!!!

Great Experience
Great Experience! I had been looking at used Dodge Chargers for a few months. One had recently shown up at a local Nissan dealer. I decided to stop in and look at the car. Kevin Murphy was the individual who meet me as I walked in on a Saturday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable person who was easy to talk to and answered my questions. He has been at the same dealership for almost 17 years. After we could not come to a decision after the first hour or so he asked if I wanted to take the car home for Sunday and bring it back Monday. I agreed to do that because I wanted my spouse to see the vehicle and to check insurance. I was still on the fence Monday and wanted the dealership to cut the difference in price a bit more. While they did not get completely to where I wanted to be with the price they did work with me. Again Kevin was very helpful and ultimately I purchased the vehicle at a price that we both were comfortable with. Give them a call or go see them. Good people to work with.

2015 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner

False advertising and your typical car-salesman mentality.
They bashed other Nissan dealerships in the area, boasting a superb level of customer service because they are a small, locally-loved dealership. Explained to me that existing damage on my bumper would not affect my trade-in value over the cost of my deductible ($100), so I cancelled my auto claim and took the car to them with the expectation of buying a new vehicle. Dennis explained to me that he would be deducting $1,000 from my trade-in value. I told him the name of the lady, Deana, who told me it wouldn't affect the value THAT much. He didn't inquire about her telling me that, nor did he offer to meet me halfway or in any way honor what I was told. He told me he would do his best to help me get a good payment, and came back offering me bottom-dollar on my trade while sticking with the ticket price of the new car I was looking at, minus a $500 rebate for Memorial Day. Mind you, I own a 2013 Altima that I bought brand new, off the lot at Modern Nissan of Concord. I spent five hours negotiating the price of the car and my interest rate, getting it down to something that worked for everyone. I was NOT going to spend another 5 hours doing the same. I explained that to Dennis, and he did nothing to help me out, and even laughed at me when I got disheartened about the new "offer" they were trying to stick me with. He may be laughing, but I can promise him his dealership won't be getting my $589 administrative fee, commission off my next purchase, or positive work of mouth. They wasted my time, and time is something I greatly value. So, in summation, Modern Nissan might waste some time haggling you, but they won't blatantly lie to your face under the impression you are ignorant to the concept of car sales.

Good Folks
My wife and I recently purchased our second car from the folks at the Ben Myatt dealership in Salisbury, North Carolina. We returned to this dealership for several reasons (1) The quality of the car. We could not be more satisfied with the 2013 Nissan Altima. It has exceeded our expectations. (2) The service we have received from the Service Dept. has been great. I have always felt that these folks have our best interest in mind. (3) Craig Hamilton was the salesman we worked with for the initial purchase of the 2013 Altima. He worked very hard to assist us in the purchase and to meet our needs. As a result of his effort we returned to purchase our second car. So far we have been pleased with that purchase as well.
