I recently purchased a Subaru Ascent from Atlantic

I recently purchased a Subaru Ascent from Atlantic Subaru, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. After i inquired online about a specific Ascent, I received a prompt call from Jesse Abbruzzese. The original vehicle had already been sold, Jesse immediately went to work and found another Ascent that matched my exact preferences-white exterior with the Java brown interior His responsiveness and dedication made a strong first impression, and he continued to be helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. The financing process also went very smoothly thanks to Robert Petrosyan,. Even though we decided to add a few additional items and protections to the deal, Robert worked with us to keep our monthly payments within a comfortable range. He clearly explained all of our options and never pressured us into anything, which we truly appreciated. Everyone we interacted with at Atlantic Subaru was professional and courteous. Vehicle selection to financing, to final delivery, the experience was seamless and stress-free. If you're the the market for a Subaru, I highly recommend working with Jesse Abbruzzese and the team at Atlantic Subaru. They truly go the extra mile to make certain you are satisfied. I recently brought my 2018 Subaru Outback to Atlantic

I recently brought my 2018 Subaru Outback to Atlantic Subaru for a routine oil change and tire rotation after returning from our trip to Florida. During the service, I received a call informing me that a few additional maintenance items needed attention. I agreed to move forward, and they provided me with a loaner vehicle right away - no hassle at all, which I really appreciated. A few days later, I picked up my car, but soon after, I noticed a new sound. I brought it back in, and unfortunately, it was the transmission. Initially, the team believed the vehicle was still under warranty, and they promptly took action to support me. They truly went to bat for me and made every effort to help. In the meantime, I had already placed a deposit on a new Subaru Ascent and was counting on the trade-in value of my 2018 Outback as my down payment. A few days later, I received the bad news; the transmission was not covered under warranty, and I'd have to pay out of pocket. I was devastated and unsure what to do next. That's when Service Manager Peter O'Neill stepped in and really came through. I explained my situation - how I had already committed to the new vehicle and needed the trade-in value as part of the deal - and Peter didn't hesitate. He took the bull by the horns and made sure I received the full trade-in value without having to cover the cost of a new transmission. Thanks to him, everything worked out, and we are now the proud owners of a 2025 Subaru Ascent. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing women in the service department: Jesse, Eva, and Haley. These ladies are absolutely outstanding. They keep customers informed every step of the way, are always courteous and professional, and truly have our best interests at heart. Their communication and support made all the difference throughout this process. I can't say enough about the level of care, professionalism, and integrity at Atlantic Subaru's service department. They turned what could have been a really stressful situation into a great experience.

Best dealership ever.

Best dealership ever. I live in NY with a house in Falmouth. All of my Subarus have been ruined by NY & CT dealer service. I ONLY use Atlantic Subaru.

Despite living (in Orleans, MA) 40 miles from Atlantic Subaru, I use them for all of my servicing needs. They are highly professional, friendly, efficient, and reliable. In over 60 years of driving this is the only dealership I have used for service after purchase - they are that good!

Great service beginning to end. Setting up the appointment, arranging loaner vehicle, sending estimate and explaining work. Everything done in a timely manner. Always a pleasure to go there even when its an hour drive from my house.

Very pleasant experience from the time I walked in with

Very pleasant experience from the time I walked in with Haley greeted me to the time Rich the mechanic took care of my car and also Pete the manager helped me with my catalytic converter excellent work. They went above and beyond. Very happy going to Atlantic Subaru keep up the good work.
