Excellent service and great people. I was in for a recall on my 2024 CRV. My letter said to be prepared for a 2 hour or more visit. I was out in an hour! Guys at the service desks we friendly and knowledgeable!

A dealer WITHOUT all of the $$$$ dealer add On's. The vehicle a 2024 Ridgeline itself was the same price as other places, but without inflated documentation fees or any premium package of unneeded or wanted fluff.

Never buy from this place. They bait you and change price when get there. I am a senior and they lied to my son and I. Tried to get them to keep there word, but very dishonest. I called home office and they would not make it right. Be careful run from this dealership. Matt & Ann Kimsey

My wife was driving from North Carolina to Florida when her 2016 Honda HR-V experienced transmission failure. We had the vehicle towed to your dealership Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I spoke with Tommy from the service department who informed me that he already had the car in the shop and was working on determining what the issue is. That afternoon Tommy called and informed me that the transmission was bad and a new transmission was required. The cost of this repair was way too much for my wife and I to cover. Tommy, after listening to my concerns about the repair cost, took it upon himself to research an expired recall on the Honda HR-V transmission and discovered that our vehicle was eligible. The fact that Tommy was proactive and help resolve , what for us,would have been a financial hardship( not to mention the stress,) meant the world to us. Tommy is a saint and you are very fortunate to have him in your employment. Because of Tommy, we will make our next vehicle purchase from Bennettsville Honda
