I absolutely love this place.

I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. He is extremely helpful and consistent and process was quick and smooth. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. I totally recommend this place definitely a five out of five.

Horribly ran business!!

After emailing back and forth with Brandon and Paul about there E550 they had and running my credit, getting approved for a loan, I asked if they could send me pictures and a videos of the car because I am out of state and was going to drive over there to pick the car up. I asked to put a deposit down to hold the car on Saturday but got no response after back and forth emails all morning. I was very interested in the car and even booked train tickets to go to Chicago to purchase the car Thursday!! All of that just to be ignored until Monday morning after I emailed them to see if everything was good and I could put my deposit down. There response was we sold the car Saturday! The reviews on this business show how terrible it is. Don’t recommend to anyone!

Bad experience

I don't recommend anyone to buy cars in this company my son wanted to buy a Mercedes after a week of talking to the person in charge and working for the loan and a gentleman came and paid it in cash and sold the car without telling anything to my son, after my son said he would want to put a deposit down. Where I come from, people who don't keep their word are worth nothing. the stars are worth as much as you.

2011 E550 92K miles

No problems when test driving for few minutes. Because of convenience, I had the car towed home.24 hours after purchase check engine and tire pressure light came on. The car was often driven by Paul. I know this because he synced his phone to the car. I'm sure the light was reset. The tires were leaking air consistently. I purchased new tires. Brandon promised to assist me with a spare key. He stated that I would pay their cost, Which was still better than paying full cost. When I returned to the store to pick up the key, Paul charged me more. He gave me the dealer receipt and their receipt. He added their charges to me for getting the key. That brings it back to the original price. At that point I'm just ready to end any dealings with this store. Also, I think everyone is afraid to do a follow-up. Previous dealers have asked me to review them online. This dealer has gotten the money and their done. I'm ok with that, but this review is my last word on my purchase. Only the sales transition with Brandon was pleasant.

Quality experience

I worked with Brandon (GM) at the dealership and my experience was great. I was visiting from out of town and he answered all my questions and didn’t try to pressure a decision which is refreshing. Ultimately, the 1,000 plus miles of either shipping or driving the vehicle home led me to finding the desired vehicle close to home. My local friend who brought me to the dealership will buy his car there and I’m convinced will be happy he did so

Check the vehicle no really check

I went to purchase a car from these guys and the car basically broke down the very next day and they offer to only fix certain things it's be 3 weeks now and car still isn't ready they gave me a loner but I wouldn't need it if they had reliable cars anyway moral of the story, do proper business and these things wouldn't happen now its note time and I haven't even drove the vehicle.........terrible..............

I am shopping long distance for just the right car

lost all my money.

Terrible experience. I bought a range rover in july 2019. A week later the check engine light came on. They asked me to bring it back so they can fix it. They gave it back to me June 2020. And since then they check engine light comes on. Took it to Range Rover dealership and they told me that it needs a new engine. Because someone tried to fix it with a liwuid that destroyed the engine. I bought the car more than a year ago and only driven it a handful of times. Terrible terrible. Just money down the drain.
