Bought a car for my Daughter, needed radio / GPS

Bought a car for my Daughter, needed radio / GPS integrated system replaced. We took the car and they stood behind the repair of the car. The car is great and my Daughter is extremely happy with her car. I brought the car in for service and they said I didn’t need some of the services I requested which saved me money. They are honest and very nice to deal with.

Bought a car for my Daughter, needed radio / GPS integrated system replaced. We took the car and they stood behind the repair of the car. It's been a couple of weeks now, and Luxury Car Outlet guys have all gone very quiet on me. So, I'd like to remind all of you original statements that I heeded when we first entered into this sale. "There are no issues with this vehicle!" On the strength of that, and a seemingly impeccable review by the Chicago Better Business Bureau, I wired the purchase price. I received the vehicle to my home address, and my first impressions were not good. Along with the car, came the title and a receipt showing "NO warranty". I was very surprised by this, considering I had already wired you $63,000. This is the first I'd heard about this 'warranty' idea. The cowling/shield under the engine was on the back seat. The driver told me it fell off on the journey. I started the engine, and the 'check engine' light came on. You know the result of that. I sent you the bills. Weeks of messing and trying to find a repair shop capable of dealing with this. An air pump dealing with emissions had failed. So vehicle failed the DMV inspection. Huge increase in fuel consumption. Fuel Cap Actuator not working, had to manually press it from inside the trunk. Hazard Lights not working. Another reason fail edDMV inspection. Steering column would not go up and down. Total replacement of column required. Air conditioning system was not working. The interior was very grubby. Numerous wiring problems. - especially failed DMV inspection. You sent it me knowing it would fail an inspection? And the saga goes on. It has cost me over $15,000 to fix all this. I have asked how they intend to deal with this, and the answer seems to be, that they ignore my phone calls and emails. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

The car that I was looking at was great.

The car that I was looking at was great. However, the sales person didn’t seem at all interested in doing business with us. We left without any follow-up.- very dissapointing

I absolutely love this place.

I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. He is extremely helpful and consistent and process was quick and smooth. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. I totally recommend this place definitely a five out of five.

Horribly ran business!!

After emailing back and forth with Brandon and Paul about there E550 they had and running my credit, getting approved for a loan, I asked if they could send me pictures and a videos of the car because I am out of state and was going to drive over there to pick the car up. I asked to put a deposit down to hold the car on Saturday but got no response after back and forth emails all morning. I was very interested in the car and even booked train tickets to go to Chicago to purchase the car Thursday!! All of that just to be ignored until Monday morning after I emailed them to see if everything was good and I could put my deposit down. There response was we sold the car Saturday! The reviews on this business show how terrible it is. Don’t recommend to anyone!

Bad experience

I don't recommend anyone to buy cars in this company my son wanted to buy a Mercedes after a week of talking to the person in charge and working for the loan and a gentleman came and paid it in cash and sold the car without telling anything to my son, after my son said he would want to put a deposit down. Where I come from, people who don't keep their word are worth nothing. the stars are worth as much as you.

2011 E550 92K miles

No problems when test driving for few minutes. Because of convenience, I had the car towed home.24 hours after purchase check engine and tire pressure light came on. The car was often driven by Paul. I know this because he synced his phone to the car. I'm sure the light was reset. The tires were leaking air consistently. I purchased new tires. Brandon promised to assist me with a spare key. He stated that I would pay their cost, Which was still better than paying full cost. When I returned to the store to pick up the key, Paul charged me more. He gave me the dealer receipt and their receipt. He added their charges to me for getting the key. That brings it back to the original price. At that point I'm just ready to end any dealings with this store. Also, I think everyone is afraid to do a follow-up. Previous dealers have asked me to review them online. This dealer has gotten the money and their done. I'm ok with that, but this review is my last word on my purchase. Only the sales transition with Brandon was pleasant.

Ultimately, the 1,000 plus miles of either shipping or driving the vehicle home led me to finding the desired vehicle close to home. My local friend who brought me to the dealership will buy his car there and I’m convinced will be happy he did so
