Easy, quick and professional!! Mel is great

I went in with a vehicle to trade and wanted a new Bronco Sport. I told them exactly what I wanted for my vehicle (gave me a grand more). And this is my 19th new car purchased so I understand the whole trade-in scenario game. Not played here, I would recommend highly. FYI I love the Bronco

Parts (Andy) saved the day.

FIVE stars for Andy in Parts...Tony too. One star for Service. Which is sad as they have been great over the years. I got the the run around for weeks from a service advisor (I am being nice by not naming) about a transmission issue that should be fixed under the customer satisfaction program. He submitted a trouble ticket to Ford Corp. and waited. I disagreed as I had documentation that says that wasn't required. The service advisor said he would call me back multiple times. Each time, he missed his deadline and I would call the next day. He had some excuse including, "Well my parts guy hasn't gotten back to you." He is on the other side of the wall! So i decided to call the parts department directly. Andy was VERY helpful with my situation and said he didn't know why service would say that, for weeks mind you. So much, that he confirmed my transmission part was on backorder until 5/20. He saw that two other local-ish dealers had the part, which would be under the customer satisfaction program extended warranty. I called Mark at Friendly Ford in Hamilton NY and he said, "bring it down today and we will have you back on the road." Thank you, Mark. And thank you, Andy, for such a great job in helping a customer of 20 years.

Great experience at Steet-Ponte

Appointment at 0800. Taken in right away... NYS Inspection and a good general checkup. Out at 0840. Fast service, I appreciate this, particularly as a senior during this China Virus foolishness. Thank you, S-P Ford!

Fixing a 2019 Ford Edge

I can?t give enough praise for the service department at Steele-Ponte Ford. I was having trouble with my car not starting after driving it places. The original dealer that I purchased it from gave up trying to fix it. Ford Motor company let me take it to Steele-Ponte who graciously took it in and worked with Ford Motor Company to fix it! You can be sure the next time I purchase a car it will be from Steele-Ponte Ford! Their service department is top notch. Thank you, thank you!!
