We really enjoyed our salesman, Kane. He was professional and knowledgeable - both about the vehicles and the purchasing process. We also met several other employees while there and they were all friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable. Special thanks to the gentlemen who helped us with financing and Holly. Great experience. I had a one of the best purchase experiences I have ever
I had a one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had a Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep from start to finish! Mike my salesperson was phenomenal and went out of his way to help me find the vehicle I was looking for; he reached out to me frequently sending me new vehicles they had received that fit my specifications and price. I was trying to get out of my lease for the longest time to buy a used low mileage 3rd row vehicle. It was hard because South Strand Chrysler Jeep Dodge imposed a $5,000 rental fee (never heard of this) into my loan which I didn't catch so needless to say I was so underwater on the vehicle I leased. Thanks to Mike's hard work and dedication to helping me get out of my lease and not having to come up with thousands of dollars to cover the negative $5,000 equity in my lease, I finally was able to get out of it, and they offered me the most on my trade out of all the dealers in the area!!! Mike went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle and then worked very hard with the general sales manager Zack McKeown (another fantastic guy) and Finance manager Stephen Delaney (another awesome guy) to get it for the price and payment I wanted and took care of the issues I saw on the used vehicle I bought. They were all so caring at the dealer and made this the nest car buying experience I have ever had hands down! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mike the salesperson. They have made me a customer for life, and I am already referring friends and family to them. THANK YOU ALL so much for helping my family, we are forever grateful!!
