Ben Crawford was awesome!

I have to say like many I don't look forward to spending time at dealerships. Ben took time, care and made my experience the best I have ever had. I felt like he was going to do anything I asked to make me feel comfortable and never made me feel like I was being jerked around. He was polite, straight forward and honest. WOW, never thought I would be saying that about a car salesman!

VERY GOOD

Said what they did and did what they said. Terry Marcum asked what I wanted and then delivered. Terry Marcum and the dealership made the purchase quick and easy.

Very good

Very satisfied with the dealer. Anthony Lane was very good. Our car was located reasonably quickly and we were able to drive it home as promised.

Haven't bought a new car in years !

Purchasing the 2016 Highlander

Our last six cars have been Toyotas - ranging from the first Toyota 4 Runner arriving in the Toyota dealership in Frederick, MD to last week's purchase of a 2016 Highlander from Sparks. We don't trade cars often - the Highlander we traded in had about 160,000 miles; our Sienna Van currently has almost 165,000 miles. But routine servicing at Sparks has kept them both in tip top shape. Mike DeCarlo was our patient salesman; he and Mr. Sparks made the deal possible and we love our new car. Chris Lang made the financing paperwork clear explaining each step and the extended coverages available for us; and, we know that Tony Sarzynski will make sure our routine service check-ups are first class. We know that with Sparks Toyota customers matter - that personal touch is so appreciated.

4 Service Visits

Service Visit #1 – Take my Toyota Tundra XSP for an oil change and was recommended to change the front brake pads. I did so only to have the truck returned with an awful squeal. Rice Toyota repaired the horrible installation Service Visit #2-3 - The Tundra was taken to Sparks for repair after an accident to the rear drive train. I visited the service department 7 days later and requested the location of the truck to be told it is in the front service area. I walked to the truck to find it sitting outside any parking area and in line with traffic. I also found the truck “UNLOCKED”. No excuses can justify this behavior. Visit #3 after the 45 days for repair of the drive train I had to return the truck to the service department because they forgot to attach the parking brake after repairing the drive train. No excuses can justify this behavior. Service Visit #4 – Brought the truck in for a recall notice that I received by mail. Sparks Service indicated that they would order the part and call me. A month or so later returned with the vehicle only to find they ordered the wrong part and would need to reschedule service. Two months later I have not received a follow-up. After some research on my part on the Toyota/Recall website - Toyota currently does not have a resolution for the airbag recall at this time. Customer Service at Sparks Toyota ?????

My Third Camry Lease from Sparks Toyota

On 12/2/15 I leased my 3rd Camry from Sparks Toyota. They make Buying/Leasing a very enjoyable process. Mike DeCarlo worked hard to get me the best deal possible, with all the options that I had asked for. Jay Garner handled the Finance end and did another Fantastic Job. If your looking to Lease or Buy, come see these two Guys, you will not be disappointed. I'm already looking forward to our next deal.
