    I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. They are professional, kind and no-high pressure sales. They... are a pleasure to do business with. My sales person, Jerrae Gordon was amazing. He made sure the vehicle I wanted to see was ready and clean when I arrived. He answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable. He made the buying experience stress free, easy and a happy one. My car had recently be totaled in an accident, and I did not need added stress. At Randy Marion, there is none. Just great staff, clean showroom, and a wonderful car buying experience. Jerrae is very professional and has a great personalty making it even easier to do business with him and Randy Marion. When it was time to sign papers, that was easy too. Jerrae had everything ready to go, and is extremely knowledgeable about the process. I am so glad we choose this dealership and that Jerrae was our sales person. In the future when I am in the market for another vehicle, I will definitely be reaching out to a Randy Marion dealership.     Jerrae helped me when I was looking for a newer Equinox. What an amazing young man! He stayed right with me, with that big smile on his face and kept... assuring me, "You can do this! I promise you!" Well, he was right. I was just so impressed with that young man I told my kids I wanted to bring him home and make him my grandson. Best experience buying a car I have EVER had!!! Steve, the Business Mgr.(?) was patient and most helpful as well spending all the time necessary with me to complete the process. Between the two of them, it was an enjoyable experience and I LOVE my 'new' 2016 Equinox!

    Buyer beware Over the last couple of weeks I've been searching online for 18-19 yukon to purchase. Since my time is limited and there are so many... dealerships and vehicles to choose from, I typically like to start comparing prices on the internet within a 100 mile range. You will find similar prices throughout the industry, but most dealers are happy to negotiate especially with repeat customers! After sending out inquiries to multiple dealerships, i was floored when i received the price breakdown, with all of the ridiculous fees included in the Randy Marion price! Their GM certification is $390 more than other dealers! Misc repairs 1300? They charge a repair fee to prep the vehicle for sale? Resist all fee $800? Then tax all of these fees!.... Then admin fees and sales tax! This is all before I've even made into the closing! There's no telling how many more fees you may incur by then! I would have been happy to continue business with them but this style of business and marketing is insulting and deceptive! Patrick

    After being told by many close acquaintances of mine that Randy Marion was a great dealership to go through with purchasing a new car, I cannot agree at... all. Specifically one acquaintance told me that they had listed the wrong price for the car and honored it for her anyway. That made me excited to do business with such a great dealership, because I am purchasing my first car. However, everything was a mess and totally false advertisement on their website. After looking at a car that they have had on their lot for already 9 months now, it has been in an accident prior, and it is listed for $13,900. They wanted to tell me they could not even budge the price, and on top of that out the door the price went up almost completely $4,000 and had a grand total of $17,497. Not to mention I had to continue to contact them to even try to work out a deal and get information on this car. Also, the website states specifically "All prices are plus tax, tag and doc. Fee", obviously that is a huge lie and false advertisement. So do not believe any of it and definitely do not waste your time, I am done wasting mine. They were friendly, however I had to reach out to them after not hearing from them when you think someone is interested in a car you would try to sell it to them. Especially not honor what you have stated on your website and try to add almost $4,000 to the price. Ridiculous.

    I visited Randy Marion GMC Huntersville October 30, 2019 looking for a F150 xlt advertised. The sales team was not at all flexible in trying to make a... sale. I am mostly dissatisfied with the manager who didn't even consider attempting to work with me and appeared to be non-interested. I found another F150 for purchase the next day with the same options and much less mileage for a better price. I will not recommend this facility for anyone when looking for a vehicle.
