This is the second new car purchase I have made from Duluth, MN?s Miller Subaru. I am very satisfied with both experiences, and specifically, my most recent purchase was THE BEST. My salesman, Sawyer, sat in my new car with me and guided me through each and every feature, as well as assisted me in setting all my preferences for my needs and comforts. When I drove my car off the lot, I knew how to utilize all special features. I felt like I knew my new car and it knew me. It even reminds me of family birthdays and my anniversary! Sawyer guided me through how to set this up. If you want a quality, professional, yet personal experience, he will provide this! Miller Hill Subaru also services my Subaru. In four years, my cars have only been serviced by this dealership. Subaru takes care of each need, as well as tracking needed maintenance, letting me know timelines on tire wear, filters, breaks, etc. All of this is completed while I wait in a clean, comfortable lobby, complete with refreshments.

It isn't easy for me to get to Duluth for service, so
It isn't easy for me to get to Duluth for service, so when I do, I try to schedule multiple services at once. I needed my brakes replaced and my 60,000 mile service, and wanted a few other minor issues addressed. Shane was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional and took the time to make sure all issues were addressed and explained what was done. We received a clean and excellent loaner car promptly. The tech is listed as Trey and all services were fully detailed on the service description and the car runs great. This dealership has an exceptional service department.

Miller Hill Subaru service stinks
Went in for an oil change. They're busy... scheduled an appointment 2 hours later. Going back in 2 hours, they're behind and will be 40 minutes to get in. Then 40 minutes for an oil change. Nope. Now will be warranty repairs only (hope don't have any).

This was such a rare treat, to find a dealer that showed more concerns for what we wanted not what they have. Everyone was very professional, clean and well organized. The building was clean and since it snowed out that was a daunting challenge. Our new vehicle was inside warm and dry we were then shown how everything worked. Great place Great people!!

So far wonderful! I'm a senior citrizen not use to the new car technology Millerhill Mall Subaru answered my many questions came over 110 miles where I live to make sure I understood everything. The delivery specialist gave me a free jug of windshield wash and a $25 gasoline card for having her show and answer my questions. How wonderful is that! I have never experienced anything like that so far happy customer!

Excellent dealer!
We bought a Subaru Forester in 2019 from Miller Hill (our first Subaru). The buying process was smooth, with no high pressure nonsense on either the front end or back end. Jake Cupp, our salesperson, has been helpful and professional both at the time of sale and afterward. The service department also has been a pleasure to work with -- we've brought the car in for repairs as well as routine maintenance, and in each instance they've done the job correctly and on time, and the charges have been fair and reasonable.
