I accepted the offer because I did not want to go to
I accepted the offer because I did not want to go to another dealer but the offer was very low and the manager wanted to tell that my car needed a lot of work and placed a low offer, he was very rude from the beginning. I was waiting for the check around 3 hours until I got tired and asked for my keys and my paperwork and left. After that they wanted to make the worse to me, since they did not stop the buying , they bought the car and received the title, they prevented the other dealership that had the car from paying for it on time and they did not even sent the title back. The worse peollple with evil intentions because they lost my business. In the future I am nlgoing to avoid the AutoNation group and also I am going to share my experience with others l, so they would avoid this kind of experience.

My visit to take care of a recall for my 2025 Pilot was painless. I was told I might be there for 2 to 4 hours, but I was actually there for less than 1 hour. Their waiting area is very comfortable and everyone I dealt with was personable and professional.

I definitely would not get my car serviced here.
I definitely would not get my car serviced here. Especially, if they recommend brakes. 1000% scam. I worked for Honda dealers over the last 35 years doing clerical work that also included warranty. Extremely familiar with how the various departments work. My husband and I have the exact same Accord. Same year. His with more mileage. (75k) he took it in for an oil change. They told him he needed all 4 rotors and brake pads. Rotors had never been turned. Fast forward 2 months later I take mine in for oil change. The oil was changed 2 weeks prior to our move to Florida. I personally drove my vehicle down following my husband in the Uhaul that was towing his car. When I took my car in it had 45k miles. They told me I needed all 4 rotors and brake pads too. With only 45k miles on it. I never drove it. I allowed it after asking how it was mine needed all new rotors and brake pads with such little mileage. What I found interesting is that our cars were only ever touched by Honda Dealerships in Virginia. 2 of which I worked for. My brakes literally were fine on the inspection report prior to driving the car down here. I asked about turning the rotors and was told there wasn’t enough metal to do so. Hmm 🤨 with 45k miles ok. We kept telling them they did the same with my husbands car just 2 months prior. Seems odd to me. They said no we don’t show his car ever was serviced here. At checkout I look over their CDK invoice. (Last position I held was working for CDK as a software trainer at dealerships, retired now) The vin number on the invoice was my husbands vehicle with exactly the same services. When I questioned how they could say his car was never serviced there much less brake pads and rotors applied the advisor gave all kind of excuses. As I was looking at the invoice for supposedly my vehicle which was his vehicle with his vin number not mine. Claimed he still couldn’t see brakes done for my husbands car. He would add my car to the system after we left as he needed to talk to his manager. Scam a million miles away! Get a second opinion asap before authorizing any repairs. I have the original paperwork for both vehicles. Plus the paperwork for prior service in Virginia. PS Definitely DO NOT TRUST this dealership. Ms. Priscilla left a glowing review on Google 2 hours ago for the service department. She has no other reviews. Interestedly the dealership responded to her 2 months ago. So how is it possible to respond to a review 2 months ago that was just left tonight. 3 hours ago someone left a 5 star review with just a one line statement. I left my negative review 4 hours ago. Dealership definitely manipulates its Google reviews.
