AutoNation Honda in Sanford, Fl - Best Dealership!
I recently retired and after 18 years, I decided it was time to also retire my Mazda B3000 truck. After researching the new mid-sized trucks, I concluded that the Honda Ridgeline was the only one for me. I didn't need a work truck but I was used to having a truck to haul things when I had a hobby business in Landscape Design in addition to my busy healthcare business. But this is the Covid Era and auto production is exceptionally hampered. New Ridgelines weren't even being sold until 2/2/21. I worked with a Honda dealership in February who told me that they couldn't order my truck; they could only request it and they would keep an eye out for one. I only wanted the Ridgeline RTL-E in Radiant Red with the HPD package and could afford to wait however, I would have waited "...Until the 12th of Never" for that dealership to get one in. Another dealership contacted me through an on-line inquiry I placed. They outright lied to me. I have several letters after my name and I think they must have thought they spelled "STUPID"! AutoNation Honda in Sanford, Fl. also contacted me. They listened to my needs and promptly ordered my Ridgeline according to my specs and didn't even ask for a deposit. It took 5+ months for my truck to be built because of the chip shortage and other Covid-related factors. However, Sales Manager Richard St.Louis and Sales Associate Plus Ryan Kittredge, with a big assist from New Car Sales Manager Bryan Trejos, constantly kept me updated on the build. It was pushed out twice, however I had absolute faith in these guys. They always gave me the straight story in a timely manner. The minute my Ridgeline hit the AutoNation lot, I had 5 photos in my Message folder! We closed a very fair deal in a couple of hours that evening. I absolutely love this truck!!! Richard, Ryan and Bryan treated me like a VIP and have continued to follow-up with me. This is the best dealership I've ever done business with. I got a great vehicle at a great price and made some great friends in the process. Thanks, Richard, Ryan, Bryan and AutoNation Honda in Sanford!!!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND JOHNSON BRETE
My sales associate was Johnson Brete, after the sale was done he never reply to my calls or texts there was a part needed to be replaced him and the manager told me they order it but never happened three months later I called because supposedly it was in backorder and they told me that is usually takes a week to order!!!! I would never ever go back to the dealer I’d rather drive till the end of the world to get a service like this moreover;nobody ever returned my call after you make the purchase,not the sales manager, service manager nobody will call you!!!! I will tell you if you can avoid this place go anywhere else but here super horrible service the only thing good there is the Honda vehicles!!!!!! They even have a sign stating that they have presidential service which is a pile of Doo-Doo!!!
