I was interested in a 2000 Corvette. I sent an offer in and asked if the following had been looked at and replaced if needed: 1. Harmonic Balancer 2.The brakes have been bled. Recommended every 5 years. 3. Transmission Fluid and Filter Change 4. Stabilizer link replaced 5. Differential Leaks checked and repair if needed. 6. Stop car, pull key, wait 10 seconds. LCMS fix was completed. I just had all of this repair on my 2000 Corvette that I bought from a dealer and the total cost was over $10,000. When I emailed GR Auto Gallery and made them an offer of $10,000 for a 2000 Vette unless they verified none of these repairs were required, or would take care of any of the highly probable issues for 12 months, the person that answered my email did not say exactly, but strongly implied I go somewhere else. I would not buy anything from these xxxxxxx 's I am assuming by his reply he did not care, he was looking to get money out of whoever he could.

Buyer Beware. Purchasing my dream car—a 1967 Pontiac Firebird—should have been an exciting milestone. Instead, it has been one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made. After an inspection by an independent classic car shop, I was told the vehicle was not safe to drive. I was also informed the undercarriage was extensively rusted with welded patches and coating that appeared to conceal its condition. Since the car was shipped to me in North Carolina, I haven't been able to drive it even one mile. What a heartbreaking and costly experience.

Chris McClory did a fantastic job answering my questions, even though we were unable to agree on price, Chris was pleasant and courteous with our interactions. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle at this time I would not hesitate to reach out to them again.

I’ve seen many good cars priced not too bad. The quotes for my car is traded in not as good as I anticipated not try to finance yet, but I am interested in working with the company. We’ll see how it goes.

GR Auto Gallery is the shadiest consignor of cars I've ever met in my 20 plus years of collecting cars. GR actually threatens legal actions if you attempt to communicate with the car's owner. GR apparently has numerous complaints about not disclosing the actual condition of the car. GR then attempts to add extra fees after an agreed price has been reached. Then their contract says title may take up to "75 days," and if you elect to use the shipping option, it could take up to 3 weeks to "prepare" the car to ship. GR said a copy of the vehicle title was attached to the contract, which it was not. Several attempts to gain additional information about the car was not easy to come by. Simple information like an actual condition of the car and age and size of tires were nowhere to be found in the vehicle description other than the vehicle may need some "tlc" My advice, unless you like major surprises and dealing with untrustworthy people is to stay far, far away from GR Auto Gallery.
