Made appointment and got there, but no one was available

Made appointment and got there, but no one was available to help. Kept waiting, eventually someone came over. I checked the car I came for and found, cut wire in the wiring harness, plus shattered glass inside the rear trunk liftgate. There might be more issues but I didn't bother to do a test drive since I'm not buying a botched job repaired car. If you're financing a car just buy it from brand name dealers(Honda, Toyota, ....). Forget these rebuilt title dealers plus the headache as well.

One of the cars that tried to purchase was overpriced

One of the cars that tried to purchase was overpriced $5000 from carfax And it was totaled twice and the seller showed me the report first time was told it was from hail damage when I looked up on the Internet, I found the second time the car was totaled. It was complete damage of the front end of the car so guys before you purchase anything make your own search

Great experience!

Great experience!! Gogi helped with the financing and sale — super nice and genuinely helpful. He was very transparent, especially when explaining the rebuilt title. The whole process was unbelievably quick and easy. Love the 2022 Toyota Sienna we ended up buying!

I bought a 2010 White Subaru Outback from them in 2013

I bought a 2010 White Subaru Outback from them in 2013 w/60k miles fo 16k. I had an issue after the purchase. They fixed it. After they fixed it I had another car issue. They didn't fix it, but it was minor and under manufactor warranty. I just junked the car 6 months ago w/ 260k miles. Blown head gaskets. They even brought the car to my job to test drive. . Overall experience was good. They were nice & professional. Good memory.

All Salvage Titles, Max is rude

Gogi was nice, but Max was rude, short and dishonest. All of these vehicles have substantial damage - enough for the insurance companies to total them out and sell them for pennies on the dollar at auction. These guys scoop them up for cheap, do shoddy work to fix them up and sell them to unsuspecting buyers who then have to deal with title and insurance headaches. And they'll likely have mechanical issues soon. The transmission on the Forester that I drove was skipping and shifted rough. No good. Buyer beware.

I didn't end up buying a vehicle with this dealership.

I didn't end up buying a vehicle with this dealership. I initially emailed and they responded quickly. I set up my test drive and afterward I still wasn't ready to purchase. I called to ask a few questions and no one answered so I stopped by a few days later and they were happy to assist me and talk through everything. Ultimately I did apply to purchase and they ran my application for the loan and I was denied despite having a 734 credit score. I was not denied for the pre-approvals for any other service including at the dealership I did end up buying from. I am almost confident it's because of the salvage title on Import's cars. You may get a good deal but it may also come with additional challeges.
