From walking in the staff was very accommodating. There were many staff that made sure I was ok an if I needed anything. I felt at home and treated with... respect. Ryan was very Transparent. When I got to the Business manager to do my paperwork the payment and the terms were as I was told. Deondre the Business manager was such a pleasure and very knowledgeable of his job and duties. I was very specific in my needs/requirements and that I was not in a hurry to buy. I did NOT want hard credit check; they submitted a credit check with... a higher price than discussed, got rejected because they overpriced the car, and then tried to sell me a new car at a monthly rate higher than my mortgage!!!! Then they continued to submit my info on other offers for the next month just to ruin my credit because I refused the deal!!!!!

I will never forget the experience I had with the salespeople I dealt with years ago, I found the new car I wanted and was fortunate to be able to write... a check for payment in full for the vehicle. Immediately the Manager was brought to me and haggled with me to instead finance my car . Their pressure on me was horrible until I won when I said my brother was a Lawyer specializing in illegal businesses! I got my car with my check as payment in full.
I let Gena know I was buying a vehicle within 24 hours. In stead of working a comparable or better price than I received at a different dealership, she... did not believe what I told her and asked to see the written proposal. I was ready to take a ride in a Tacoma at this dealership because it is part of Girards. Lost my business.
We are sorry we could not meet the pricing at another store. There are a lot of factors that go into pricing, and we might have been to quick to judge.... We are working on a better process.
I would look elsewhere for repairs to your vehicle. If there is any issue whatsoever, they will not take ownership of their wrongdoing and accuse you of... setting them up. After taking my truck to get aligned it left in worse condition than it showed up. The tech, Advisors, or even the General Manager would not own up to their mistake and wouldn't do anything about it. Over an $80 alignment that didn't actually align my truck, nor a $100 axle. Discovering an issue after my truck was "aligned" I brought it up with my service advisor and he was very quick to blame me for the issue, lying about the tech utilizing heat to free a tie rod during the alignment, I can only imagine wasn't paying attention and melted my axle boot which was directly behind the tie rod. After I noticed fresh axle grease all over the right side of my truck, the SA also said "The tech noticed it before" but not only was it not brought to my attention, I wasn't even recommended a fix, or solution for what would be a freshly torn axle boot that the Tech would have undoubtedly brought up because it would have been virtually dripping as he performed the alignment. There was no multipoint inspection performed despite my invoice stating it did, and then another employee chimed in stating that they put that on every invoice whether or not they are performed. The GM then told me "This sounds like a setup, I'm done talking to you." Being a service member I really don't have time to scam a dealership out of an axle and a free misalignment. Especially after trying to cover my own xxx, and over a <$200.00 part. I'm incredibly disappointed that from top to bottom they aren't truthful about their practices and won't alleviate the issue to make it right. My brief experience has proven to me that I have no faith in the service department, or management to do the right thing or tell the truth about something so insignificant.

I'm honestly blown away by how dedicated Toyota of Colchester is to their customers. Wayne made me feel valued as a customer and many others worked relentlessly... to make the deal go through. They even went above and beyond taking time out of their personal life to brainstorm what it would take for me to purchase my dream vehicle (as I was denied a loan by the bank originally.) Everyone I encountered here was friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend Toyota of Colchester to anyone who is looking to get a good deal!

Bryan Flowers was our salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant . He showed us the Avalon and all the features. The dealership was great... and they treated us with respect. They listened to all of our questions and they gave us a very good deal on the car. We are still learning about the many features of our new car. They followed up and answered any additional questions we had. I highly recommend Toyota of Colchester for anybody shopping for a new or used vehicle. I also recommend Bryan Flowers as your salesman.
