The service department is the worst I’ve dealt with.

The service department is the worst I’ve dealt with. They have replaced the wrong parts, forgot they had my car, never yet called for any kind of update (even when they say they will), etc… Chuck, a service advisor, is rude. He has even told me my problem was “normal” before ever seeing my vehicle. Random hard shifts are not normal for a $60k Rubicon with under 30k miles. Unfortunately I have a few other dealings with Krebs service department and sales team, that are similar.

The only thing this dealership is good for is an o

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with took my car there after an accident in the rare passenger tire have had it there three times already and they still cannot find out why my car keeps bottoming out every time I hit a dip in the road the mechanic took a ride with my husband and heard what was happening and felt what was happening so I took it there again and they still have not fixed the problem don't want to take it there again to be told nothing's wrong want to take it to an outside mechanic to fix the problem and being told that Chrysler won't cover it because he's not a certified Chrysler dealer would you take your car back for the fourth time to be told nothing's wrong I would say never ever go to this dealership for anything

Bought used 2009 Jeep G C (with 68,199 miles) from Krebs

Bought used 2009 Jeep G C (with 68,199 miles) from Krebs on Sept. 21, 2021. Before I got home, the check engine light was on. Took it back & they ran tests & all checked ok, so they cleared the code. Again, before I got home, the check engine (mil) light was back on. I called many times, and neither my salesman nor the manager was "in". I now also have a low tire pressure warning light on most of the time. The last time my son tried to put air in a tire, the valve stem broke off & cost me $70 to have replaced. The indoor driver door handle has broken further & is hanging on by a thread. Somehow, I managed to get my 4-wheel drive Jeep "Rocky Mountain" stuck a foot into my sister's driveway & had to be pulled out. I also have a warning light that the oil needs changed, but I am 620 miles from 3,000 miles since it was changed. Prior to this xxx, I drove a 2000 Jeep Cherokee for 10 years & a 2006 Jeep Liberty for 4 years, with no major repairs necessary, and never got stuck. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend Krebs to my worst enemy, & I certainly will not buy another Jeep. Oh, I forgot to mention that they discouraged me from getting my own financing, when I had a very good credit score. Days later, I received letters from several financial institutions, and without fail, they said the vehicle was way over-priced. Obviously, Krebs' manager didn't share this with me when they were arranging financing. I asked to take the Jeep home so my mechanic could check it out, but they said no. (I live an hour away.) Also, this vehicle was sold "as is with no warranty", but the window sticker they gave me said every pre-owned vehicle comes with a warranty. I'm a senior citizen and I've bought many vehicles in my life, but I've never dealt with anyone so dishonest and deceitful as Krebs Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram. I forgot to mention that the remote (only one key fob) does start the Grand Cherokee, which runs for a few seconds and shuts off.

Brought my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in with issues...

Brought my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in with issues related to heating system and battery (both fairly serious issues in early January winter weather). Left with a set of new brakes and two "fixes" that fixed nothing. Their lack of due diligence nearly immediately cost me more time, money, and headache to address the ongoing issues. Would not recommend.

Don, in service, has Always provided FIVE STAR SERVICE...

Don, in service, has Always provided FIVE STAR SERVICE every time my vehicle has needed maintenance or warranty repairs. I am provided a loaner or they rent me a Chrysler product locally if theirs isn't available for my Chrysler Certified coverage repair. I have never met an easier- going person to deal with. He has personally and immediately gone above and beyond for me any time my situation has asked for it. Don is a true asset to that dealership and he is the reason I come back to Krebs for ALL of my service work. He is also a major reason that I am considering buying a new vehicle from Krebs. The sales department is only one aspect of buying a vehicle. Having trust in the folks after the sale in the service department is a much longer, ongoing relationship- one that is necessary and vital to keep the wheels turning. Having strong leadership, expert techs, and Mopar parts, Krebs has built a winning team!

I went in to look at a new 2020 Dodge Ram 1500. Jake Heintz was very polite and professional. At other dealerships I was looked at differently being a woman whom is purchasing a truck. I was not made to feel that at Kreb's. Thanks, Jake!

Best car buying experience ever

First Kevin Iannelli, he was the best ever salesman out of the 3 dealers I visited. THANK YOU KEVIN. I had an unbelievable experience working with him. Krebs was the nicest dealer I visited.
