Great customer service by my salesman Axel. He was very knowledgeable on every vehicle on the lot. I test drove a Acura MDX and loved it and purchased it. There was a slight pull on the steering and the plastic panel on the inside of the tailgate had a hole and a crack in it. They agreed to fix those two very minor details at no cost. The rest of the vehicle was amazing.

I called on a Friday evening to inquire about the availability of a vehicle. Franck was very friendly and set up a time to test drive the vehicle the following morning, assuring me that he would call if it happened to be sold. Franck had the vehicle ready on Saturday morning and Scott was very helpful in getting the deal finalized. Scott even worked out an accommodation when I realized I used my last check in the book. Last week I bought my THIRD vehicle from Lexdan Automotive in Maplewood. The reasons I keep going back to Lexdan: Outstanding vehicles, in way-above-average condition, with low miles, at extremely competitive prices....from really nice people. Let me tell you my most recent story. Out of the blue, 10 days ago, I got a text from my salesman, JON DAHL, telling me about a vehicle he thought I might like. He included essential details and great pictures, telling me that he remembered from our conversation 10 months ago that I was hoping to find the kind of vehicle he was now sending me the data on. I was amazed that Jon remembered the conversation, because I did buy a different car at that time. I figured he wouldn’t even think I might still be interested in something completely different from what I had purchased. But there it was in my inbox...and I was interested. I knew it wouldn’t last long...a very desirable Tundra 4-door pick-up. I called Jon immediately and told him to call me the minute it had been prepped and I would be down to pick it up. I live more than 100 miles away from LexDan. I took the bus in to pick it up. Jon picked me up at the depot and brought me back to Lexdan to buy the as-yet-unseen vehicle. But I wasn’t worried that I might be disappointed, because you can trust these guys. This is the kind of customer service I have come to expect at LexDan. From the owner, Dennis, on down to Scott, the Sales Manager and Finance Guy, and on to my salesman, Jon Dahl; Lexdan Automotive is a first-rate operation. (Actually all the salesmen are really nice guys...you are sure to find one you can relate with) I don’t see how anyone could be less than delighted with this car-buying experience. It is worth a trip to Maplewood to see what Lexdan has. Or check their website, which is very easy to navigate. This is how buying a car should work. I only wish I had learned about Lexdan years ago!
