Lionel, our sales rep, was polite, very customer service oriented, honest and helpful throughout the process. He made sure all our questions were answered. Ben and Scott facilitated the financing process which went smooth despite all the paperwork. Overall a very welcoming environment and a very satisfactory customer experience.

My Wife and I stopped in to look at a Toyota Tundra, we had looked at a lot of them online and for the price, year and miles it was on our short list to look at. My Wife had called ahead of time and talked to Joe Xiang. We met Joe and he showed us the Tundra, we got there at closing and had to stop by a 2nd time, my Wife thought it was very nice and worth a 2nd look. John the salesman met me with the keys and was very helpful with showing me all the options it had He let me road test it for as long as I needed .The 30 day warranty made the purchase a lot more comfortable and the staff did a great job with all the paper work

We visited Lexdan Maplewood on Saturday and I was very pleased with my experience. Right away I was greeted by Jay and he got the keys right away to the vehicle I was interested in looking at. He opened all the doors and the hood and had me fire it up while I was looking at it, The interior was very clean along with the exterior. Everything was in great working condition. He was not push to me or my wife. I looked it over and then she took it for a test drive. He talked to us like a friend and even chatted with us while Scott got the paperwork in order. Everything from the initial look of the vehicle all the way to the driving off the lot was a great experience. I would recommend them to any of my family of friends looking for a vehicle.
