Whitewater Motors was very easy to purchase a car from. No hassle, but were very helpful and trustworthy in their conversation. Certainly the "easiest" car I have ever purchased. And the "closing" was very quick and easy as well.

After buying cars from many types of dealers I found Whitewater motors on line because they had the exact car that I was looking for at a fair price. I drove over and was very surprised at the size of the dealership and the amount of inventory that they had on the lot. I was greeted by Troy as I got out of my car with a smile and asked if he could be of service. I explained which car I was looking for and he lead me to it and let me look while he grabbed the keys. I was given the car and suggested a route to give a good test and let me go. when I got back he asked if he could help and we made a deal. It was the most pleasant car buying transaction that I have ever experienced. I will bring my new Audi Q7 back in three years when I am ready for my next car. The deal that I got was very fair and I enjoyed the swift way the paperwork was handled and not a lot of time was taken. Everyone seems very pleasant and professional. Purchased a used vehicle. A sales person, Jim came in on his day off to help me. Ten hours round trip from Michigan and well worth it. Great staff, helpful, and efficient. Their warmth and genuineness sets a standard for the industry. I will be back.

Whitewater Motors is amazing. Bob is just the best! He makes everything so simple and I feel confident and comfortable in doing business with him. He is not at all pushy, like most car dealers. This place gives the best deals and they take care of you!

Please read before dealing with this company. I was working with a salesman named Troy all day on a Toyota Tacoma who, all the while, kept putting me off because he was "so busy"...apparently too busy to even take a deposit I tried to give on the truck multiple times. But then wasn't too busy to text me to say he sold it out from under me. If you enjoy a stressful time dealing with a salesman and feeling unimportant to them this is your place to buy from!

Jim Trabel was outstanding as always . I’ve bought from them since I was 17 I’m now 60. That should tell you something. And if anything is wrong they will fix it.

I highly recommend Whitewater Motors. I contacted them before they opened Thursday morning. Troy contacted me as soon as they opened. We drove down from Indy and it was well worth the drive. The car was everything Troy said it was in his text. Troy was great to work with. We have been searching non stop for 3 weeks looking for a car. We were in and out at Whitewater Motors. We purchased the car and drove it home. The car is in excellent condition and we are very happy. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. The next time we need a vehicle, Whitewater Motors will be the first place we look.
