Jason was my service advisor, and I have to say, not only did he provide exemplary service, but he also delivered ahead of schedule. When I first brought my vehicle in, the air conditioning wasn’t working, I needed a new compressor and the part was on back order. It wasn’t more than 3 days, and I got a call from him stating that the part was in, and I could bring it in anytime. The day I brought it in, he also finished the job that very same day.. not only that, but I originally thought that I would need to pay out of pocket, and he surprised me when I picked it up telling me that it was covered under warranty!! To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement.. all our thanks to Jason and Planet Nissan!!
