Our salesman accused other Nissan dealerships of bait and switch, and then he tried to do it to us. We ended up getting the deal we wanted, but it should not have gone down like that.

Watching the "track you car" app for two an a half hours telling me the vehicle is waiting for parts and never updated, waiting that long for a basic oil change with an appointment is just unacceptable. that's 2 1/2 hours out of my life I'll never get back. Planet Nissan service you need to do better.
