Our car is a used, pre-certified and we had a slow leak. It was fixed immediately by the service department. We are exceptionally pleased with the rapid response and turn around by the service team. Thank you.

Jason was my service advisor, and I have to say, not only did he provide exemplary service, but he also delivered ahead of schedule. When I first brought my vehicle in, the air conditioning wasn’t working, I needed a new compressor and the part was on back order. It wasn’t more than 3 days, and I got a call from him stating that the part was in, and I could bring it in anytime. The day I brought it in, he also finished the job that very same day.. not only that, but I originally thought that I would need to pay out of pocket, and he surprised me when I picked it up telling me that it was covered under warranty!! To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement.. all our thanks to Jason and Planet Nissan!!
