Watching the "track you car" app for two an a half hours telling me the vehicle is waiting for parts and never updated, waiting that long for a basic oil change with an appointment is just unacceptable. that's 2 1/2 hours out of my life I'll never get back. Planet Nissan service you need to do better.

Everything went very well. Didn't have an appt d/t when issue arose. Called and they were able to fit us in. Other than the long wait, they were very communicative with everything that needed to be repaired.

I went in for my 1st oil change and I was very pleased with the service. When I was getting to leave I remembered I needed help with my CarPlay so I walked back in and asked for assistance and Nick came out with no hesitation and he fixed my issue by resetting it.
