I loved my experience at Long's. Everything about it was better than what I had experienced at other dealers in my car hunt. They were knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to please you. So easy to work with and make a deal with. If you had any questions they could just answer them, they didn't have go to the service people or their manager etc. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and next time I am in the market for a new car I will return.

Earned a long time customer
Extremely happy with the whole buying experience. Purchase my first from Long’s, will not be my last. Whole staff helped out and went above and beyond. Very up front and ethical. Will most likely be getting future service done there in the future too :).

Best Used Car Dealer EVER
I just bought my latest car from Long's Auto. Excellent, friendly service and the salesperson was so patient answering all my questions. I have been buying cars from Long's Auto Place since the 1980's and wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

Great experience!
I live down the street from Long's and needed a new car when the transmission went out on my Pontiac after 10 years of ownership. The sales guys were great and helped me find a nice new car within my budget without the typical pressure you get from a lot of the franchise dealerships. My only gripe is when I went to look for them online they weren't on cars.com. I had to go onto carsoup and their website to check out their cars for sale, neither of which was very pleasant to shop on. Other than that, great experience, A+ dealer!

Thanks so much. I have had bad experience with a lot of car dealers in the past 30 years and you guys at Longs are great. I have been driving the car for 2 months now and love it. I sent in my best friend and she loves her Toyota. You guys did great......and thanks for the gift certificate. Lilly and I had a great dinner on you.

Great service
In a recent review I wrote how terriable longs was and service of my 2006 Expedtion after sitting down with Mr Long discussing all my problems they had had my issues resolved, I would highly recommend you to buy a vehicle from this dealer ship great customer service and great service department Thank You Mr Long,

Terrible customer service
This is the worse car lot I have ever bought a car from, they say they thrive on customer service I bought my vehicle from them had them look at my check engibpne light 3 times lied about putting a new part in, then wanted me to leave it with them for 2 days to look cover it but when I bought it thry said thry checked everything out and all was good since then 3 other parts have gone the extended warranty they said we should buy covers none of repairs and will cost 2500.0 to fix which I can't afford on disability worse auto dealer and liars I have had this vehicle 6 months snd not even 6,000 miles driven on it, I have emailed them 3 times and no response,,
