Took a Pontiac G6 convertible to repair a top that would not work. After 12 days I had to find the part they were looking for and show them where to buy... it! Took a 2012 Escalade EXT (84,000 miles) in for transmission repair. They first misrepresented their warranty by saying "Lifetime protection" actually it is 30,000 miles. And the coverage only goes to $2,000 even though they make it sound like it is fully covered. Service rep called after 8 days and said it was repaired. Cost to me a whopping $4,500 and that is with a $1,000 off for warranty! Why only a $1,000? Don't know yet!! Took it and it was not shifting properly. Dealer called and said it was repaired again, I drove the vehicle off the lot and returned it within 15 minutes because it was doing the same thing. This time they have had my vehicle for over 16 days for the same problem.They still have it to date 9/28/19. They will have been working on this transmission for over 26 days and counting!!! The average cost for a remanufactured transmission for this vehicle is $2,300. The average labor is 8 hours. I was charged $2,900 for parts (not remanufactured) and 17 hours @ $155.00/hr or $2,600 and it still doesn't work!!!!! Take your business elsewhere.

We bought a 2015 Cadillac from Sunset, and it has performed in as excellent manner as is possible. Our lease was to up in just a few months. We needed... to go to Sunset for an oil change. We went to say hello to our longtime friend, who is currently salesman but we met him as our service manager. We were in conversation when our salesman said to Marilyn that a car of her choice was on the lot. We went to see it and before long we were in a most casual and friendly process of leasing a new car. Nothing about the entire experience could have gone better. We believe that all parties made a good deal.
