    First, the>> Truck Review....F150. Had not done much reading on the new re-designs of F150....engines and transmissions, etc. Test drove the F150 / 2.7... ecoboost / 10 speed trans and knew immediately that this was a best in class performer. Excellent responsiveness, great interior and lots of technology. And...this truck has geat eye appeal....sharp looking vehicle. Before completing purchase, did the research (online)...and no doubts. Completed purchase next day... Dealership Review>> You don't find people that are more helpful and responsive to a customer. Best car buying experience here.... Everyone....sales.....to management....to finance....all professional and genuine. With this group....it's not just about the sale....it's about the customer and presenting the best experience to the purchase of a vehicle.

    Brandon Small was very courteous and professional. We came in to look at cars and explained to him our wants and our needs he fulfilled all of those and... answered any questions that my wife and I each had. We enjoyed dealing with the sales manager and finance manager, very professional experience. The service department who I have used since I moved to Greenville has always done an excellent job and was one of the reasons I purchased my car there. Simply put it's a people business Edie and I felt like we were treated like royalty, and we appreciated that. Thanks, Rich and Edie Pouliot.

    Well we were looking for a SUV not in a real hurry, just looking. Tuesday Dec.24 Our van changed or mind about being in a hurry. We were out and about... doing last minute things when our van acted up badly. Now was the time we stopped at one dealer we had talked to no one around. So I got on phone called George Colman about one they had listed. They had the SUV and they were closing in about 1.5 hours. Well the salesman went and pulled SUV and waited for us we made it they had an hour till closing. We test drove it my wife fell in love with it . The sales staff went to work processing all the paper work the shop crew took the vehicle back detailed it check over and fill tank up. They also gave use a great deal and a great trade. Now they stayed with us even after time to go home to be with family for Christmas eve we did not make then real late, but we have been to other dealers that when it time you go you leave and go back the next business day. This dealer is great with a great staff they have a great small town attitude. They make you feel like you really matter. Go by and check them out. Oh we took our title back on the 26th and were meet with a smile and the same great attitude .

    I posted a very bad review regarding a previous experience with George Coleman Ford in Travelers Rest, SC. When I scheduled the service I was told it would... take 2 days, but it resulted in being 9 days before I was able to go and pick up my vehicle. After having my vehicle back in my possession, the same problem was still occurring with my vehicle. When the dealership saw the review(s); I was contacted and the dealership wanted to make make me happy and offered another solution to my problem. I agreed; drove my vehicle back to the dealer, and the proposed solution was completed. Thus far, (about 2 weeks) I have had no further problems with my vehicle. I had originally bought this vehicle from George Coleman Ford in Travelers Rest, SC and had always had excellent service from same. My husband and I have been loyal customers for a great many years and I was so disappointed and angry, I posted the most negative review possible. I will still do business with this dealership; as will my husband, also.

    My fiancé and I recently purchased an F 150 from Chase Rathbone. He was most kind, knowledgeable, and had our best interest, selling us a truck that fit... our needs. He’s a no pressure salesman and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the purchase. We would definitely purchase from him again and can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience ever buying a vehicle .

    Joe Garland listened to what I needed. He helped me by providing solid information about the cars I was looking at. No coercion or pressure - just facts.... Finance Rep was easy and cordial - no pressure. I will definitely return to this dealership for future purchases.

    We had been looking for a vehicle that my husband could easily get into after hip replacements. We had been to quite a few dealerships who didn't seem... interested in taking up time with us, since we didn't have a particular vehicle in mind. We were met by Joe Garland, who eagerly listened and showed us vehicles. We test drove one van overnight and came back the next day to purchase one in a different color. Joe was so easy to work with and made us feel welcome instead of an inconvenience. The finance manager was equally respectful and handled our transaction easily. We will definitely go to Coleman Ford again, no more wasted time on the motor mile. Our thanks to everyone we met..

    To start you need to know that we are in Marietta, GA, 144 miles south of George Coleman Ford. My 27 year old son was driving his 2000 Miata LS, that was... his reward for making Eagle Scout, when a teenage girl pulled out right in front of him and totaled the Miata. Sean decided he want to keep driving a Miata and the search began. We encountered used car dealerships that give a bad name to used car dealerships and a definite lack of appropriate replacement cars. So I expanded my web search to 200 miles and up pops this gorgeous 2009 Miata Grand Sport and low and behold the price is actually reasonable. I only say reasonable because as of this writing USAA has yet to pay us for the totaled Miata. So I clicked on the button: This put me in touch with Doug Taylor, the Internet Director who was able to teach me the ins and outs of buying a car in South Carolina to be titled in Georgia. I told him we would be heading his way immediately. He got Randy Looper, the Sales Manager involved and they pulled the car off the web and had the oil changed and everything shined up and waiting for us. They had just gone through a heavy early season snow storm thus the car needed cleaning. Three hours later we pulled into the dealership and there sitting in a prime space was the Miata. We had just started looking at it when Doug walked out and handed us the keys to go for a test drive. It was an interesting test as there were patches of ice on the roads. Returning Randy explained everything and took all of the information for the sale. The 2000 Miata was in my name and under my insurance. Sean had already decided that the new Miata would be in his name and he would get his own insurance. This led us to Gerald Jordan, Finance Manager. Gerald walked Sean through the actual financing process. It was almost like a textbook lesson in how to buy a car. While this was going on they filled the car with gas and had it ready for out departure. After the examples of how not to by a car in Metro Atlanta, the straight forward, no dealer fees was a great relief. So thanks to Doug, Randy and Gerald for making Sean's first car buying experience one he can use as a template in the future.
