I was new to the area, needed an AWD for the canyons, got

I was new to the area, needed an AWD for the canyons, got ripped off by Barry Nolan, and Chris's team. Car looked good, test drove it, signed, and came back for pick up by Uber, it was thrashed, totally different. Had multiple lights on the dash, gas completely on empty, no oil, rear passenger tire gash with leak, and engine light on... I refused to take the car. Argued with Barry, he said "he'd make it right", never did. Dealership refused to cancel the sale. I got 2 mechanic reports, both said $10,000 in immediate repairs needed, do not drive the car, if I do, it will turn into $30,000 worth of repairs. Learned car was sold 4 times at the 100,000 mile mark. I returned the car via the credit union and the dealership refused to pay off the credit union! They profited twice on the car! Now I am being sued for the sales contract. I see over 30+ reviews on google this has happened to others. It's Auto Fraud, they camouflage the condition of the car by deleting the codes temporarily to get you to sign. They lie that they inspect, service, and maintain the vehicle, at their Service Center. KR, Which vehicle did your purchase? A lot to unfold here. We can't just turn lights off. Vehicles need to go through an inspection and emissions, if a light is turned off, the vehicle wont past the sate mandated emission protocol so you can receive your license plates. Just purchased a truck about a month ago now from RC

Just purchased a truck about a month ago now from RC automotive in Salt Lake City. The only reason why I went with this company is because the repair shop (not the same company but same name) was awesome the first time I used them. UNFORTNATELY, the same CANNOT be said for the sales department. The sales agent I worked with is named Donovan. He seemed all nice and polite to sell me the truck, of course. However, I was never told this was not one of their own vehicles. This truck was on consignment (they were selling it for their "friend"). In fact, before I purchased it, I specifically asked about if something happens right away if this is something they would fix. I was adamantly told that of course they would, and I should have no worries about this "well taken care of" vehicle. Well, as soon as I got it, I already noticed the brakes were squealing pretty bad. I was told by the repair shop to give it some miles to see if it gets better. While waiting, the truck also started leaking oil and the truck started running rough, AND the battery was giving me issues. I made an appointment with the repair shop and contacted the sales agent who assured me BEFORE I bought the truck that I should have no worries. Well, once I contact him, I am then told that they cannot do anything about it because it was not their vehicle it was their friends that was on consignment! WHAT?! SERIOUSLY! After being told I was never informed that this was not their vehicle, and this was important information to tell me because I wouldn't have bought the vehicle had I had known (just for this same exact reason), I was told that it wasn't important information for me to know and he didn't mean to let that slip. UNACCEPTABLE! Of course it makes a big difference! I could have bought a truck on FB if I it didn't matter. Of course it matters. That is WHY people buy from a dealership and NOT an individual. I got no assistance from the sales department at RC Automotive. I was out nearly a grand after JUST buying the vehicle and who knows how much more. DO NOT USE RC AUTOMOTIVE TO BUY YOUR NEXT VEHICLE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LIE TO YOU!!!!

I want to say and thank Jennifer Bindley for her help in my purchase of my 2003 Mercedes Benz G55 AMG. I made this purchase from Texas and she assisted me all the way through including assurance that it was shipped to my home. She went I believe out of her way by taking pictures of my purchase so I could see what I’m buying and for this I give her and the dealership 5 Stars. I’m totally satisfied with the purchase again thanks Jennifer!!

DO NOT BUY From RC Auto.

DO NOT BUY From RC Auto. These guys will say anything to get you to buy, agree to fixing issues, and then ghost you. I've been trying to work with these people for months to get my headliner fixed which was agreed upon on purchase and they STILL haven't fixed it. These people will say they'll get back to you and never call back.. When you call for updates they completely forget you even existed. Steve is completely incompetent and doesn't communicate, return calls, or update you. Chris who is the finance doesn't even get back to you either when told "he'll definitely get back to you." What a joke. I've tried so many times to get this figured out and gave patience but I'm so over this dealership and their garbage service. Again, DO NOT BUY from RC Auto.

I purchased my Honda CRV here in 2019. Had it about 6 ninth then Covid hit. I called Steve in the service department to ask for help because i had killed 4 batteries from Auto Zone. True to form, the purchase of my favorite car ever was a wonderful experience and now i know that the service department is incredible as well! Thank you so much! I recommend you to anyone who may need your service. Sherri

They're clickbaiting you with Porsche 911 turbo

They're using a turbo 911 picture for a Carrera. . I call that clickbait boys, not cool!! I get to the lot and the back windows are broken.

Excellent service! Barry was very trustworthy..

I bought a barely used (3200 miles) 2019 BMW X5 from RC Automative in October 2020, Barry was the sales agent. The car was advertised at www.cars.com I am in Illinois and buying online from a place that you are not sure exists, is a new age problem that we did not have before.:-) Any way, everything went very smoothly. This guy (Barry) is very trustworthy. After checking the place really exists :-) I decided to buy the car from him. His price was very competitive. He was on top of everything and after a couple phone conversations I knew that he knew what he was doing. I got the car checked in a BMW dealer 2 miles away (waste of money actually) and bought it. Everything, from seeing the add to arrival of the car, was less than 1 week. The car is excellent, and Barry does a great job! My experience was great!

Best dealer I've worked with.

I've purchase 5 cars from RC Automotive and had family and friends buy from them as well. We've all had great experiences from sales, to finance to service when we need it. Barrie, Chris, Steve and the whole crew are always great to work with and the show room is filled with high end and classic cars.
