**BUYER BEWARE**
**BUYER BEWARE** Stay away from this dealer. They use false advertising tactics to lure customers to their doors, and then slam you with a $2500.00 add on fee to the sales price. They would not break it down on the bill of sale. They literally add it to the final car price without explanation pretending you would not notice the change. The online advertise price is fake, Henry, the finance person would not explain the change in price. Please, STAY AWAY!!! Do not buy from this dealer. They already scammed a lot of customers with their false advertising methods. They have a lot of explanations to do in court.

They are fishy and they lie a lot, kept promising me and telling me they will send an offer and did an inquiry about my credit score and sold it to someone else

Frame Damage
Sold me a car with frame damage. They had a older carfax report already printed out. Didn’t discover until I went to trade it in a couple years later. 2011 Audi A4. And yes the prices might seem good but they charge a $2K service. Only reason I have them an extra star was because they gave me a great price on my trade in.

Stay away
Scammers giving out fake prices. Called about price of car and was told one thing. Then asked again to confirm. Came in to a complete ridiculous mark up

Not Great
Called about a Prius. Guy on the phone seemed cool and told me the car was okay but there was an issue with the headlights that was being fixed within a couple of days. I went over to see the car in person - it was pretty rough but ran okay. Except that the screen on the dash wasn't working (but headlights were working fine). They said that if I wanted them to fix it before purchase, it would cost an extra $1500 or whatnot on top of the price advertised. So it was a different story to what they told me on the phone. The office was a mess, and no one felt trustworthy. The guy I spoke to on the phone was not there. I would say it was a wasted afternoon but it wasn't totally wasted because I learned that I do not want to buy a car from these people. If something went wrong with the car and I had to deal with these people it would be a nightmare.

Service fee
I cant belieave there $1995 service fee thats crazy . Have to leave the city to get a good deal. The city and long island are using the same tactics .
