Although I didn't end up purchasing the car I came here to look at, David and Wade were so very helpful with my very first car-buying/looking experience. Upfront and honest, I greatly appreciated them keeping their patience with all of my first-time buyer questions (including my boyfriend and mom's questions too). Great customer service!

Used car transmission leak
Our experience with the Marietta Sportscar team was fine, however the car we purchase, the 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer was not. After a week of driving the car, we notice a fluid leak under the car. I call on 11-28-2016 to have the car look at concerning the leak. With our surprise, we were told that there is a leak at the torque converter seal and transmission leak and it going to cost us to have the car repaired. We understand the agreement of the car "AS-IS" and since the leaks are not covered, we have to pay for the repairs. Our concern is that the leaks were not notice until a week of driving the car and we shouldn't have to pay for the repairs. The estimate we received from MSC was a joke ( $85.00 @ 7 hrs) for a total of $ 615.00 plus tax. So, in other words, it's going to take MSC 7 hours to repair a leak. No thanks. Next time, we will do our homework when it comes to buying a used car from a dealer like MSC. Bye the way, a friend recommend your dealership to us and said MSC was a fair place to buy a car. Our experience are somewhat different.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry this experience didn't meet your expectations. I thought you had done your homework pretty well this time - you got a very clean ten-year-old Trailblazer with over 100,000 miles, which passed your mechanic's inspection as well as ours. The leak (what we'd call "seeping") is insignificant and will likely never be an issue. Perhaps if we had done a better job presenting the car, we could have met your expectations.
Not so great
Let's start from the beginning, 3 weeks ago my wife began our search for the perfect weekend convertable. After debating back and forth I called and got Lance. Super nice guy. We had chosen the 2010 Infiniti G37. After some back and forth conversations I called with a weeks notification that we were leaving to go on vacation the next friday. I already had the loan and was bringing the check with me and my wife would drive the car onto the beach. Convertable, beach, happy wife, you see where I'm going with this. On the road and about an hour away I call to let them know we are close. Lance tells me, weeeellllll you see there may be a problem. I checked over the car today and there's a shimmy at 60mph. My guys are to busy to take a look BUT I am going to take it around the corner to the tire guys. Sounds great! We arrive to see the car sitting on the lot, Lance greets us like family. Walk around the car, looking at dings and scratches that have been attempted to be fixed. Poorly. Yet still we are ok. The tire guys think it's flat spots from sitting on the lot. Ok let's drive it and see. The car is listed in great shape. Closer inspection finds it not so much. Passenger door looks like it was beaten with a hammer for it to close. Door jam was beaten, top was scrached where it closes and folds. We were still considering buying the car. They are a no haggle car lot. No price haggle at all. We drove the car anyway, came back to the dealership to hear another story. It could be a bad bearing on one of the wheels???? Being a man of my word I asked for there word. If we STILL wanted to buy this car and something like that was bad, would you give me your word that you would try to fix it within reason. That's a binding agreement in Georgia, didn't know that before but sure do now. We left the car there and headed to vacation. They said they would fix it and call us so we could pick it up on our way home. A week has gone by, no calls or email. I called and they haven't even had it in their own shop yet. Walking away.

It's hard to imagine how we communicated so poorly, and I apologize that we didn't do better. We actually changed out the nearly-new tires that were flat-spotted from sitting on the lot, which eliminated the shimmy. Lance tells me he spoke with you and told you it was ready to pick up on your way home, and that you simply didn't show up. While we'll probably never know the whole story, I'm sorry your wife didn't get the car she wanted. Wade

Outstanding Personal Attention
I just purchased a great vehicle from Marietta Sportscar, and Robert Kennedy was my sales person. The professional personal attention and quality time Robert spent with me felt genuine and was outstanding! The delay during the finance end of it was frustrating but was for the most part not Marietta Sportscar fault. Thank you Robert!!! Jim D

Oustanding!
Awesome dealership! A real standout compared to most other used car dealerships these days. When I picked up my Jaguar XJR, it was exactly, if not even better than described. It was even fully serviced, gassed up and ready to go. The staff are great to work with, honest and not pushy at all. I couldn't ask for a better experience - I'll be back!

Restored my faith in the process of buying a car
David and crew at Marietta Sportscars were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire transaction. Shopping for a used car can be stressful, to say the least. These folks were low-pressure, attentive, and did exactly as promised. It feels like a family there, with everyone invested in making the process positive and informed. Their prices were superb and they obviously hand-pick their inventory. I actually wonder why anyone would go elsewhere; They have their own service department, which is rare, and stand behind what they sell. I left a few items in the car I traded and they called to let me know the items were safe and waiting for me! Should I need another car, I won't go anywhere else and now use them for service, as well. Go there-you won't regret it. By the way, this is my first car dealer review ever.

Great Experience
Today I had the pleasure of going back to the dealership to have my car serviced after losing both tail lights to vandals. My experiences with them since I purchased this car from them have always been phenomenal. The staff is top notch professional! They are knowledgeable and caring about the customer, from Owner (Wade) down, its genuine care for "customer relationship", which is clear in every interaction. My service experiences working with Danny and Amanda have been wonderful. They provide reasonable trustworthy service and estimates so that there were no surprises. Wade is an excellent business owner who in this case really went "above and beyond" to help mitigate the cost associated with replacing my damaged parts at a reasonable cost. Used cars offer risks that are inherent however; it is good to know that you can count on the company that you purchased from to try to maintain customer confidence that the right purchase was made. The service skill and efficiency is unmatched! When weighing options with other high-end service shops, trustworthiness is what determines the best value. I can truly recommend this dealer when it comes to sticking with the customer to ensure lasting joy about the purchase of my ?quality? used vehicle.
