Friendly service
Sales staff very helpful. They explained everything in detail and did not pre judge my situation. I would recommend them with high regard. Very good experience.

Purchased 2 vehicles
Great dealership to deal with. Vince sold us 2 vehicles and we are very pleased with the way we were treated. Not pushy and very courteous. Will be buying from here again in the future.

First new car
I came in today skeptical about the process of buying a car as a young person. Rich Romano helped my mom and me out and treated us like a father would. The process was transparent, warm and thorough. From the beginning, we stayed within our budget and were helped to find a better, newer car than we imagined leaving with. The car is in great condition and the carfax checks out! I would highly recommend Good Wheels in Glassboro!

worst decision of my life
My husband bought a truck from them and must have lucked out because his truck is fine. Mine on the other hand I'm getting ripped off tremendously. I haven't even had my car for a year and it has been in the shop more than I have drove it. Every time it goes into the shop they say nothing is wrong with it and they won't fix it until the check engine light comes on. That's complete BS to me. I told them I couldn't afford the payment plus the gas it cost to go back and forth to work cause that is the only place I can drive this hunk of junk and they weren't willing to help me get out of the loan or into something else to help me. Please avoid this place at all cost.

No pressure
I had a Jeep Cherokee a few years ago and loved it. I got rid of it because I wanted something smaller for traveling back and forth to work. I wasn't shopping for a car but I happen to ride by and this Jeep (color) caught my eye. Brian Walker was great no pressure buying and he handled everything and before I knew it I was leaving in the Jeep. WOW!

looking for a second chance, found it here!!
My husband and I came here looking for a second car, something affordable, reliable, that would also help us rebuild our credit. We were very pleased with the courtesy from Tom, who didn't try to get over on us or shove just anything down our throats! After running our credit, which we already knew the blemishes and had been turned down by others, he and Chris from finance, we're up front about our options and down payment. Chris was very pleasant and helped us get into something we were looking for, he went out of his way like we were family to help please us! We were able to get into a clean, well kept Toyota Corolla. We are very happy with our purchase, monthly payments and overall service. If you too are looking for a reputable place to buy your next vehicle from, look here first, I guarantee you you'll be happy you did! Thanks again for everything to everyone at Good Wheels Glassboro NJ!

Thank you and glad everything worked out!
Pleasantly thrilled!
Searching for a used Mustang, I knew that there was a huge amount available, but not many great cars for a good price. I had hoped to buy from a dealer in order to get some kind of warranty. Finding the perfect car for a fair price at a small used-car dealership seemed too good to be true. I must honestly say that the car and the entire purchase experience was much better than I anticipated. The entire process was handled to make the buyer happy and satisfied. No pressure, just honest answers to questions and a staff that bent over backwards to meet our requests. I would definitely recommend Good Wheels and our salesperson, Jim Melfi, to anyone searching for a reliable used car from a reputable dealer.

Tom, I am sorry that you had bad experience with our dealership. You did not provide specific details in your review, so I am concerned about what happened and would like the opportunity to talk to you so that I can correct anything that went wrong for the future. If you can give me a call at your earliest convenience, I would appreciate it. Carmine Cucunato 856-881-3557
The worst decision I've ever made was buying a car from...
The worst decision I've ever made was buying a car from these people. I have had my car for not even 2 months and have had nothing but problems. I will admit I'm at fault for not thoroughly checking some of these problems, but still, if they gave a crap at all none of these issues should have even been there. The back right door will not open. They ordered the handle and I still havent had a response from them in 2 weeks for a stinkin door handle. My left headlight went out within a month. The ball joints were loose and needed to be tightened. The tire pressure was low on all four tires. Now, just recently, my car overheated on my way to a job interview because there was no coolent in my car (just had it serviced a week or 2 earlier). Why was there no coolent? There was a crack in my radiator that according to the mechanic who fixed it was a "pre-existing condition." In response to all this, I was called neglegentNow the car won't start because the motor is shot, and ONCE AGAIN, I was called neglegent. Not only that, but they are making NO EFFORT to help me out in any sort of way, even thought I've only had the car for 6-7 weeks. These people are clueless in customer service, they don't care about customers, and will take advantage of you any chance they get. Take the advice of a regular guy like me who rarely complains about any service issue anywhere. Don't make the same mistake as me by going to these low-lifes.
