Poor customer service
I called in a day before to confirm my appointment with a loaner & i was told that all is confirmed. They didn't have my my loaner when i came in. I was there from 7:30 until 8:50am until the driver took me to avis for a rental. Horrible experience u like to the customer service you will get from cadillac & BMW. This dealership is not meeting the standard of a luxury brand since they are the only one in south jersey & you have no other option. They have poor hospitality from the service advisor to front desk when you pick up your car. You could just feel the employee dont have smile on their face & seems burn out.

Exceptional sales and service
Both my salesman, James and the business manager, Nicholas made every effort to explain the features of the vehicle, service options and financing. This new vehicle purchase was actually enjoyable, a refreshing change from my other experiences at other dealerships. All in all, I would definitely return to Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill.

Stress-Free Leasing
Sales and Leasing consultant Diego Del Rio went above and beyond my expectations. He gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of finacing and vehicle type. He made this experience stress-free, simple, minimal time at the dealer, and I drove off with a beautiful 2018 CLA. Thank you Diego Del Rio.

Great long distance buying experience
I can't say enough about how helpful Carrie Godfrey was during my buying experience. She went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. I bought a left over Smart car, but I was treated like I was buying an S class. I did this transaction completely from the comfort of my home office. I never set foot in the dealership and never met any of their staff in person. The entire procedure was done online and via a few phone calls. I would definitely recommend Carrie to anyone and would be happy to work with her again the next time I am in the market for a new car.
