Last week I entered Patrick Subaru with not a single clue what I wanted. I had just totaled my car. As I was nervous about dealing with a sales person and possibly being swayed on a vehicle that wasn't right for me. I was also very confused as to what options were available to me. John Watt, sales person at Patrick Subaru, offered the best customer service that I could've asked for. He was very attentive to my needs and very patient with the little knowledge I had in cars. He helped me find the a beautiful 2019 Subaru Impreza, which is absolutely perfect for me. After I purchased the car, he even took the time to sit in my new car with me and show me literally every function that the car has. I have never had better customer service at any other dealership. I would recommend John Watt to everyone!
