Christian was very courteous, prompt, and patient helping me select the right vehicle. He went over all the paperwork very carefully with me and took me for a test ride to show how all the new features work. I was very satisfied with his service.

Frank Wilcox earned my business mostly because of his wealth of knowledge with the Subaru family of vehicles. I did a lot of research on line and have owned many Subarus but it was really helpful to run into someone with Frank's experience to help sort through everything. He showed a lot of patience answering my questions and spent a lot of time with my wife and I on pick up day to make sure we felt comfortable with the vehicle. Frank also has a great demeanor and good sense of humor which made the experience actually enjoyable. Imagine that! I never met Brandon or Ashley but because I inquired online they were the ones following up with me to see if I was still interested and so forth. I felt that they both were interested in getting me in to check out what Patrick had to offer, but never crossed the line in becoming too pushy. Sometimes the finance guys undo all the good will established by everyone else. However, David Marcoux (finance manager) did an excellent job of explaining the service plans and so forth at closing but never reverted to any type of last ditch, hard sell which happens all too often at other dealerships. After deciding on a vehicle I was driving it away less than 24 hours later. Patrick evidently is a dealer with the proper people, contacts and infrastructure to service customers expeditiously. I felt like I received the personal attention that I needed along with the efficiency of a large dealership. I'd finish by saying that if a competitive price, professional employees and customer satisfaction are important to you, try Patrick Motors.

Christian was never pushy and did a great job showing all the features of the car. I highly recommend him. It was a pleasure working with him. My father also enjoyed working with him, which is rare! Thanks again!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. There were two things that bugged me. I asked 3 or 4 times about a roof rack and it was never addressed. I got tired of asking. Second, when talking about the financing they couldn’t match my existing offer but tried to make it sound like I should take their deal anyway so that they could continue to help others! Please, I will gladly donate time and money to charities but a car dealership has no business pretending to be one to get me to pay more.
