Think twice about choosing this dealership!!!! They sold me a 2025 Dodge Ram 1500 with previous body damage and repainted. They told me it was a factory issue and to hire an attorney. No integrity what's so ever!!! FRAUD Alert

Bought a 2025 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn that had previous body work done and repainted and never disclosed. Once he became aware of the situation all communication stopped!! I know have a vehicle that has to be repainted and has to affect the depreciation value. Thanks Jimmy Britt for your lack of integrity

Hello David - We completely agree with you that something should be done about your issue. As we stated, zero work (paint or otherwise) was done on the new vehicle you purchased by our dealership, which means the only explanation is the scratch occurred at the factory and they repaired it there before transport to the dealership, but we have confirmed nothing has been fixed/repainted at all on your vehicle while on our lot. I believe we connected you with Stellantis and fully support your efforts to get the manufacturer to solve your issue. We're certain Ram will find a way to assist you. Again, it is incredibly rare that this happens, but we do expect Ram corporate to take care of you.

After our last conversation with Stellantis, they would not confirm or deny any paint work being done on the vehicle, as they will not respond back. For that reason, we strongly support your intent to get this resolved. Given that we have confirmed internally multiple times that no damage or work was done to your new vehicle while on our lot, and your personal mechanic stated there was paint work, they next course of action would be for you to directly contact Stellantis. Please call them at 800-992-1997.

As I stated more than once, the claim with Chrysler Stellantis was denied because they say that it wasn’t a factory issue. A local CJDR dealership stated that it was fixed and repainted after the factory because it’s not factory paint. The salesman Brett Poulton helped me scrap off white dots on interior of front door during delivery, which I assume is wet sand, bondo or buffing liquid and paint broke off door hinge bolts so door could get realigned. Pretty bad when you buy a new truck and attorneys have to be brought in on it!! Disgraceful!!

Stellantis was contacted directly and a claim put in by myself. Once again let me state claim was DENIED because it wasn’t done at factory!!! This is their words not mine!!!

While we are glad we were able to provide you transportation during the delay, we also understand how frustrating it can be to wait on the vehicle you just purchased to be finished with repair and reconditioning. Hello Codi - I understand how frustrating it can be without your newly purchased vehicle. Am I correct that you have received it back? We did our best to work with the other manufacturing dealership's service department to ensure it was fixed, but you are right that it took far longer than it should have. Even if you were in a loaner, it is always preferred to have your own vehicle so with that all we can say is we're sorry. If there are any lingering issues with your truck, please let us know.

After 18 years, I purchased a new car. I was very happy with Minnie Cooper at Jimmy Britt. She was excellent and helped so much with this wondeful decision! Please go see her for your new vehicle! You won't be sorry! I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!

Minnie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. She and finance team went above and beyond to work with me and my wife to complete the deal without feeling rushed or pressure.
