The service writer was polite and listened.
The service writer was polite and listened. I made my original appointment online but when I went to reschedule the appointment wasn’t in the system. I couldn’t do a mobile check in. They charged me $19 to install my own air filter. Didn’t reset the tps monitors correctly and I had to go back. They wanted to charge $225 to install my own brake pads and the service manager was less than friendly. 3 out of 10. Don’t recommend.

Josh, Shane and the entire service department has been
Josh, Shane and the entire service department has been wonderful to deal with. From making the trade-in and buying process smooth and fairly painless, to service after the sale. I purchased a gently used Jeep before they were able to do the initial inspection and service on it. There were some issues that were addressed promptly and fixed immediately. They all have been great to deal with. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Josh is a great salesman and was very informative about
Josh is a great salesman and was very informative about the vehicle I was interested in. Addressed any questions that I had immediately even if he didn’t know the answer he found someone who did. The other’s that were part of my buying process were very personable and they all made the process go smoothly from my trade in to leaving in my new Jeep.
