Jimmy Britt Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

This was my first visit to this dealer. I recently brought my '10 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to Bloomingdale, it has been at our mountain home, Suches,Ga., when my husband purchased me a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JL, we decided to bring this one south for my use when we're there. I was very happy with my first visit to this dealer, my plans are to use this dealer for all my future needs for this Jeep. This Jeep has only been serviced by Mountain Valley Motors in Blue Ridge, Ga, until now.

I've always said that dealerships are crooks. My experience at this "stealership" is further evidence of such. I will use my local Jeep mechanic instead.

Very friendly and considerate. Very open to and patient with questions. Responsive to negotiations and very helpful with financing. Do your homework and ask your questions. They are glad to respond.

This place went beyond the call of service to get me in a new ram! I highly recommend this dealership! I got the truck I wanted at a price I wanted. I couldn’t ask for more.

I was there getting my truck looked at I told them that there was a clunk in the rear end drive shaft area when moving from a stop. They took it in the back from what I was told and drove it in that little area. Not even taking it out on the road to try and get the symptoms I explained. Instead they out in that it was happening when shifting along with what I said and I never said that. I also felt belittled when spoken to by the mechanic and the person behind the desk and the service manager.

Zack kept me informed of everything that was going on with my car and consulted with me on pricing before any work started. This is the dealership that I bought my 2011 Dodge Journey and I have alweays brought it here for oil changes and tire rotations. This last visit was for oil change and 100,000 mile tune up. I am completely satisfied with all of the work I've had done here and 100% would recommend my friends and family to come here for service.

The help and explanation to my vehicle was very well done. Will go back to dealer ship to do business again. Don't know who new manager is but they are doing an awesome job.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, & car wash. Giving four stars because it took 2-2 1/2 hours to do all three. Which im not sure how long it normally takes, but they don't give vehicles for oil changes anymore, so we have to sit and wait, which is not a problem just a little inconvenient. Great customer services & prices were reasonable.
