I was recommended by a few different individuals to check out Auto Haus if I was looking for good quality used vehicles. This was the first place I went to, and I am so grateful I had not wasted my time going elsewhere. Auto Haus took the initiative to go above and beyond to make sure I left with an amazing vehicle that fit my needs. Most importantly, all of the staff put in extra work and found the best financing for me. I am going through a uniquely difficult time in my life- all of the staff listened to what is going on and managed to put in many extra hours to find a solution to my vehicle/credit dilemma. I have yet to work with any company that truly, genuinely cared for their customers as Auto Haus had. Cannot thank you guys enough.

Do not shop at this dealership. I was looking at a truck and I offered to put money down to hold it for me for two days. They said no, they would just hold it for me and then the next day they sold it out from underneath me. This is a terrible and unethical way to do business. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I bought a BMW with a warranty from AutoHaus and like so many comments I’ve read the warranty never covers anything. They were right - I put over $5k into it and warranty covered about $800. Then traded in to same dealer and got a mere $2500. Next time trust Friend’s opinions and go somewhere else. Just adding got a newer jeep from Brad and praying not screwed on this one.
