I was dreading the idea of buying a car from a dealer. The entire time we were there I was waiting for the bad news the price was going way up or there would be a problem with something. Everything went great. The price was fair the sales people were helpful and friendly. Overall it is an easy 5 stars. Love the car and would definitely recommend them.

It’s taken me a few days to compose my review because it was such a smooth experience from test driving, to financing, to delivery I still can’t believe it is real. Joe was very knowledgeable, patient, respectful & understanding w/no pressure. Casey was the same, she was so thorough she answered ?s before I even asked. Seriously this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership & I’m thankful my son was able to experience this with me especially after what we experienced elsewhere. Auto Haus on Velp was the least pressure i’ve ever felt about purchasing a car from a dealership

They sold me a used truck. They were able to comp me on a couple missing items from the truck. After a mistake was made by the salesman about parts that were replaced that turned out not to be replace, they worked with me on the back end and resolved the issue in a respectful and timely manner. Always ask for any service records they have or had performed to a vehicle to back up their verbal claims. Be kind and all parties will come out ahead and happy. Cheers!
